Overall, Kis offers clean, well equipped, air conditioned apartments, an incredibly friendly staff and a quiet, village location.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The breakfasts each morning were a phenomenal way to start the day. The coffee was excellent and breakfast staff was very hospitable.

Yes, you need a car to get around the island when staying here but it is 100 percent worth it. You get a taste of Korcula that is not tourist traps and crowded streets (like Old Town.) We loved the central location on the island as it was perfect for exploring the beaches and restaurants all over the island.

We loved our stay here. Quiet and relaxing summer apartment, with a lovely pool and delicious breakfasts. The owner was accommodating to our travel schedule which we also appreciated. Would highly recommend! Also be sure to try out Konoba Mate in Pupnat and Dalmatino down the road for amazing dinners.

This is the best place where we have been in Croatia so far, and it’s probably the best one!
Localisation - perfect! You can reach almost every beach (the top ones) in just few minutes. About the host? Best ever!
He told us about his garden - everything what you will taste there is made and grown by himself (and also tastes delicious)! If you need any help and advices where to go or what to see or whatever - he got the straight answer always.
Apartment was clean and tidy, the view was outstanding, the wine was tasty and what else you need? Maybe the pool and private lounge… oh… you got it there so… there are no cons, just pros.

I travel a lot, and I am not easily impressed. But what a place to retreat, unwind and re-focus!

In these turbulent times we are all looking for a place that oozes peacefulness and serenity.

The residence is beautifully located, meticulously maintained, clean and taken best possible care of. The owners are super friendly and run this place with their whole heart and humbleness. The surroundings are breathtaking, and the beautifully maintained gardens with lavender, olive trees, fruit trees and homegrown vegetables blend perfectly to make it a perfect experience.

We will definitely come back!

I really can't give this place enough love, without a doubt its one of my favourite places to stay in Korcula. The rooms are lovely (the delux is worth the upgrade) and the beds were so comfortable. The service and the staff were impeccable but the best bit was the breakfast on the terrace, some of the tastiest food I've ever tasted. This is the strongest recommend I've given anywhere - just stay here, it's worth the price.

We had a 5 day stay at Kis Residence and were overwhelmed with the views of the landscape from our room, the beautiful pool and double bed loungers around the pool. Franjo, the host, went over and aboard for us during our stay, he recommended amazing spots for us to visit, beaches, he was just absolutely amazing, everyone who hosted was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hostess even picked freshly grown peaches from her peach tree before offering them to us, they were really really nice & sweet.

The room is exactly what you need for a relaxing trip in such a beautiful & serene place. Really comfortable big beds and very clean and welcoming.

The breakfast was always so delicious, I particularly recommend the Zucchini Fritter & freshly picked and prepared mint tea.

Great welcome, great gifts in the fridge. Organic and local vegetables and a nice breakfast. Residence has a nice balcony view. All waiting for you. Ivan is a very helpful person. We want to come back and stay here again. Thanks for everything.

We had a fantastic stay, incl. great breakfast, clean rooms with amazing sea view and we enjoyed the pool area as well. A great location to discover the lovely island or just to relax. The hosts made the place and our stay very pleasant.

My stay here was brilliant. I'm from Australia and didn't really know the area. The lady there gave us great tips and made sure we had everything we needed. The view is picturesque with close swimming spots. Highly recommended if you're after a quiet, relaxing spot , not too far from the main town by car.

Kis Residence is located in a beautiful remote location on the island of Korcula. My wife and I came to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have asked more from Kis. The owners and staff are more than helpful and very knowledgeable of the local area. They arranged for us to have our own boat to roam around the island as well info on the local restaurants. They even have an amazing pool which we chilled at whilst taking in the views. My only warning is be careful with the home brew brandy they have!

10/10! I was staying here for a week and it was everything I hoped for. The owners are always at your service providing the best care for their guests! You can either spend your time by the poolside or go at the numerous beach spots. Old town of Korcula is not that far away. Will come back for sure!

Fantastic place with a very present and helpful hoste. Spacious room with a spectacular view. Very nice individual made breakfast, which made my day and I am just tasting a glas of redvine, the son of the house gave us to try( home produced) It is very good, thank you!:)

Staff super friendly they went above and beyond to make our stay that much better- Danny even picked us up at 2am from the city center there where no cabs!
