Had a dinner and breakfast here, was really pleased with the service. The waiter was so sweet and caring. Tasty food and got free of charge breakfast for kids, which was very very sweet :) ❤ overall great impressions, thank you!

This hotel is ideal choice for those who prefer hotels versus apartments. Location is excellent, 7 minutes drive to Plitvice entrance 1. Breakfast selection is okay. Wellness consists of a Whirlpool, sauna and one small inside pool. Personell is very kind and helpful. Bathrooms are modern, rooms are spacious and clean. Free parking.

Awesome hotel in the famous Plitvice national park. The staffs are friendly. The hotel is so beautiful with the classic touch. Am please with the services from reception to the restaurant. The room is so spacious and comfortable. Plenty of windows. I’m loving it. Will be back

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. The staff is totally cooperative and they went out of the way and offered all possible help especially for vegetarian food. Would highly recommend property for it's excellent hospitality, spacious rooms, pool, sauna. Special thanks to their director Mr. Martin for his support throughout, Young and dynamic chef Bojana for making veg food and Miss Helena for being wonderful help at reception.

Stayed 1 night, and wished I could have stayed longer. Very new and contemporary hotel 6 km from the first entrance to Plitvice National Park. Very friendly hotel staff who are welcoming. Enjoyed the modern and very comfortable room in soothing earth tones. Appreciated the spacious and clean room. Sleek hotel lobby and bar area. There is a beautiful outdoor patio. Highly recommended boutique hotel.

The acomodation is perfect, the breakfast is plenty, the food at the restaurant is very good.
Central heating, free parking, quiet area, close to the Plitvice Lakes.
Only one bad thing: at 3 pm, when the kids were sleeping, the room service knocked at the door to ask if we need something. Except that, everything was perfect.

One of the best hotels I have been to (I travel a lot). The people on reception were really nice and helpful and gave all the necessary information needed. The rooms were clean and cozy and I had a lot of fun at the spa 10 out of 10, will be back next summer 🌞

The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. Very close to the lakes and in a quiet spot where you can enjoy the nature and get some good sleep. The spa is very good and the staff is always willing to help. You need to try the dinner in the restaurant, it delicious and good price for what they offer. Would recommend over and over again!

Nice, quiet hotel with spacious & clean rooms.

We stop by for dinner kind of accidentally and found that this restaurant is quite a treasure. Not only was the food delicious but our waiter, Marco, was extremely pleasant and very attentive without being too much so. The food was delicious, the weather was perfect, so we sat out on the deck, and it was a very pleasant evening after a very tiring day of walking in the national park. I would highly recommend this restaurant and most likely the hotel, though we did not stay in the hotel.

Great place to stay when visiting Plitvice Jezera, both entrances are very close by. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is very welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. For dinner, the hotel restaurant is great as well. The hotel has plenty of free parking.

Great location, very friendly staff, a lot of parking for the small hotel, the breakfast was a pretty poor for vegans and also a dinner but in comparison with a one 5 star hotel we've stayed in Opatija the breakfast in Palcich was better. We had an issue with room because of previous guests before us and the staff solved this quickly therefore despite this temporary disappointment I give 5 star to this hotel and will stay again here next time in Croatia

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Short drive to plitvice national park. Because we arrived off peak season they automatically upgraded our room which was a nice touch. Lovely breakfast too. If you are looking for a place to stay in this region I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, good food, great view and nice interior. The manager, Martin, was very kind and accommodating, even shared a drink with me. Would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the area.

Amazing hotel, amazing food, amazing room, amazing everything! I recommend you go there especially if you are planning on visiting Plitvice Lakes it’s a 5-7 minute drive from the hotel.

Just opened 2 months ago. Very nice place with super good food, nice waiters and very clean restaurant. Loved the lava cake !
