Wellness Hotel Gyula

Excellent experience from start to finish. The communication was extraordinary prior to our arrival. I had booked the room online but wanted to make some amendments and I emailed them as I don't speak Hungarian. They were extremly helpful and responded to my emails almost instantly. During our stay thr hospitality was impeccable. The staff are so friendly and happy to assist you with anything. The wellness facilities are so well taken care of, very clean and pleasant and lots of options to spend your time. The room was beautiful, large and very clean. Food was also great and so much to choose from. Such a great experience overall, we'll definitely be visiting again and highly recommend! Thank you Wellness Hotel Gyula!

We had a very pleasant stay there. The wellness area was smaller than we expected but the services and especially the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a good base for exploring Gyula with family.

We went for all inclusive and we got great value for the money and very polite staff. Also food is great and various. Hotel has their own pool, massage center, sauna, kids room for palying and baby sitting for kids from 3 years old. Fitness room is very basic and small, but it will do the job.
Recommend for families.

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. We've spend 4 nights in after our wedding as a pre-honeymoon, and we had a really good time. Loved the pool area, food was amazing, the bar had good cocktails and staffs were friendly and helpful. Recommended!

great food ^ accommodation... super playground room for kids with many activities... the spa is nice too, but it is all indoor... recommend

Very friendly, excellent, customer oriented staff. Suitable for families with small kids too. Own wellness department (access included), and garages (access paid separately). Quiet neighborhood, the big spa is 10 minutes walk. Downtown is in similar distance. Recommended.

Nice hotel, near the aquapark and center of town. Has own indoor spa area with an external deck for suntanning. Recommend booking of parking prior to trip. Personnel responsive to customer's needs. Hotel has facilities for families travelling with kids.

4 nights 3 full days, with 2 small kids. Loved the place, it wasn't crowded we spent 2 full relaxing days at the pool and at times we were the only ones in the kids pool. Or at the jacuzzi... Loved the really warm water and loved the pool.

Location - great. Quite area, close(10 min walk) the the medieval castle and the city center.

Food was great - breakfast, lunch , dinner - buffet style. There were several dishes to chose from and quality seemed good, food was tasty (e.g duck roasted in the owen, the soups, etc...)

Personnel was ok(a little bit above 'neutral')

I was pleased with the room, maybe a little small for a couple with 2 kids, but we didn't spent a lot of time inside...

Parking very easy. We parked on the street, near the park. We received at check-in a parking card...

WiFi pretty good.

The indoor kids play-ground is amazing....(although they also use it for hosting birthday parties for the locals)

We consider returning there...

This place is incredible. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Ask for anything (reasonable) and they'll do it for you. Location is prime. Highly recommended.

Went for a 2 night fullboard getaway and what you got was very good options of food non expensive drinks very good spa with a selection of massarges and great views.

Good location, good food, great playroom for kids, wellness area is not too big but we enjoyed it.
