The restaurant has a very nice location near the city centre and close to the basilica. The restaurant has a very nice seating area with a lovely decoration. The food was delicious and the waiters were friendly and polite.

We headed here after being rudely rejected at the popular place next door and were pleasantly greeted by some friendly staff and some really good food. We loved their goulash and it's a must try.

This restaurant came recommended to us. We got a lovely booth outside. The service was excellent and the food delicious. I ate the traditional Hungarian 'Jokai bean soup' and 'Somloi galuska' (trifle). My children loved their cold 'Cream of plum soup.

I have experienced here what never before.
I am Hungarian and I have visited Esztergom with my family on a long weekend. We had a dinner in this restaurant on our first evening and we got a very good first impression: nice place, lovely stuff, huge and delicious dishes. That's why we decided to return and have a lunch on our last day before leaving the city.
About an hour after getting our drinks and ordering the food, seeing that people arriving later than us were finishing their lunch, I asked the stuff about the status of our order, and it turned out that somehow they missed to enter it into their system and our order wasn't started to process at all. And then the surprise arrived. The stuff apologized for the mistake and we got the offer that they take our order again and we get it for free, and we should pay only for further orders. We agreed and we got our order within the next 20 minutes, delicious and huge dishes again. Then we ordered desserts for the kids. Finally our complete order was free and we also got a bottle of wine as a present.
I have never experienced this kind of attitude in any restaurant before.

Good food, menu in English and German. Many typical Hungarian dishes and wines.

Somewhat hidden gem in the centre of Esztergom. Look out for the sign on the wall otherwise you might miss it. It has a nice outdoor area along with the indoor section. It was a very nice surprise how good the meals were. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are just right too. If you fancy to grab some quality food, then this is the place to go.

We enjoyed our lunch here today. The staff was great. They spoke perfect english, as well the menu was available in english. The decor is spotless. We wanted to sit in the gourgeous courtyard but it was all reserved - i recomend making a reservation to sit there. A full menu of Hungarian dishes as well as a kids menu. We had strawberry lemonades, spaghetti bolognes for the kids, spicy pork ribs and beef stew with egg noodles. Portions were just right, food was cooked perfectly (rib meat fell off the bone) and it was much less expensive then we expected given it is in a tourist area. Definetly recomend if you are in the area taking in the sights.

Good delicious and healthy food! Normal prices and big enough portions. Possible to pay by cash, credit card and szép kártya. The restaurant has a lovely courtyard. The toilet is clean but needs for refurbishment, but anyway I give 5 stars. Everything was good, I do recommend.

The foods were good at a really reasonable price. Although, the place was full, the dishes arrived suprisingly quickly. 5/5☆
