So, so nice! Twice now I've been here whilst visiting family in Hungary and twice I have really enjoyed it. My dad comments that he finds the dishes very salty but for me I don't find this so it is very much up to your taste.
I had Lara's Chicken which was delicious. The Pâté starter was extremely enjoyable and last but not least, we had the fried ice cream which we had been looking forward to since having it in the winter!
Confusingly, the fried ice cream is served cold but it was served hot in the winter, maybe a seasonal change? Either way, it is way too tasty and I had to finish the rest of the table's generous portions.
The view over Balaton is the icing on the cake at this stunning restaurant. Highly recommend.

A surprisingly good experience in every aspect:

The dishes are well thought out and very delicious. We liked the modern approach (no milk or cream in the cream soup, gluten free options, etc.)

The view is really beautiful.

The restaurant is child-friendly: high chairs, huge changing table and some toys.

The staff also deserves 5 stars.

We happened upon this place on our drive to our accomodation. We stopped at the car park next to it to admire the sunset over the lake and thought we might come and check out the restaurant later in the weekend because it looked nice. We could not have been happier with our experience. We sat on the terrace and had views overlooking the lake. The staff were exceptionally good: friendly, efficient and knew their jobs. Lunch was delicious and the restaurant has a very cool vibe. We loved hanging out eating, drinking and chatting here. It was a true highlight of our weekend away. They even gave my friend a cupcake with a candle for his birthday. We felt special and so happy to have discovered this gem.

We have been there for the second time, because the first time was absolutely great! As we are from Germany, the waitress spoke very nice and fluently english and took the time for explaining everything. Thank you for that!

The dishes we ordered were not as huge but absolutely enough - therefore it was delicious, well served and made with love. For those prices - perfect!

We visited by recommendation, and we got amazed by the quality of the service and food. Homemade catfish is a highlight just as the pickled cucumbers and the chocolate dessert!!! The view from the patio is simply crowning this experience :)

Everything was very well made and delicious, plus it was very nice to see that someone from the kitchen staff (head chef I guess) was checking on the guests if they were satisfied with the food.

Food and service were very good. The scenery even better. I had visited here a couple of years ago and was unimpressed with the service and food. I was pleasantly surprised this time.

Wir hatten typische Ungarische Speisen Zum Beispiel gebackenen Zander und so weiter alles war geschmacklich sehr gut.
Hervorzuheben ist, das die Bedienung sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam war.
Hier werden wir wieder zum Essen einkehren.
