PinkCoco Gili Air - for Cool Adults Only

I loved loved loved this place! Me and my friend was traveling for 2 weeks, and spent 3 nights here. First we had booked 2 nights, but because it was the best hotel, we have had on our trips, we booked one more night.

The theme was very well executed and the details made a world of difference. The staff was incredibly kind and made a huge difference in whether one had a good day. Without them, the hotel would not be the same. 💖 Additionally, the staff make a great effort to remember who you are, so it feels like they know you and are attentive to your well-being. You will feel very safe here!

If I were to come back to this Island, I would definitely book here again.

Probably the best place to stay on the island! The service was absolutely outstanding, every single staff member was kind, friendly and awesome. The resort and rooms are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Extra touches are put into little surprises each night, and poolside snacks / drinks too! Honesty box next to the pool was really handy too - drinks, books and snacks. Lots of eco friendly touches too - loved the shower products and refillable water bottles / reusable bags. The food from the restaurant was OK, but the massages were very good.

The two downfalls would be that it costs extra to hire the bikes, which for a hotel as pricey as it is, I thought should be included. Unfortunately as well, some of our washing came back dirtier / stained than before (including a white linen button up that came back with brown marks over the front).

All in all - highly recommend!

Visited in June and thought we might be on the quiet side of the island (albeit deliberately) but this side is altogether cooler and more relaxed. Better quality bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is unrivalled on the island, with its high standards and cool theme. When my girlfriend first said we’re staying at a pink themed hotel I assumed tacky, but it is very good and high quality. Excellent staff, and service. Fabulous pool! Stay in the suite del mar, it’s perfect and has a private balcony.

An Unforgettable Stay at PinkCoco Gili Air

Our stay at PinkCoco Gili Air was nothing short of spectacular. The resort itself is beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the tropical surroundings. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a charming tropical flair that made it feel like a true getaway.

The pool area was excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. One of the highlights of our stay was the surprise snacks and shooters that the resort staff would bring around - such a delightful and thoughtful touch!

Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food at the resort was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious dishes that left us eagerly anticipating each meal.

The evening sunsets at PinkCoco Gili Air were absolutely magical. With the low tide creating a visually stunning landscape, it was the perfect way to end each day. The resort’s location is also ideal, with an easy walk to other beach bars and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area.

Overall, our stay at PinkCoco Gili Air was amazing. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable getaway!

An adorable hotel with amazing hospitality.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned twice a day and they always had small surprises for us that made the difference.
The sunsets are truly beautiful there. In general, it’s a very social media oriented hotel, but not the kind that is only lovely in the pictures.
The food in the restaurant was only ok (except for the included breakfast, which was great), but there are plenty of other places to eat so it wasn’t a problem.

Beautiful pink oasis on the beach. The hotel is very well maintained and all the staff are super friendly and attentive. The breakfast included was excellent and you could start the day with bowls, sandwiches and delicious drinks with a view of the sea, depending on your mood. The little surprises in the form of snacks and drinks by the pool and in the room also sweetened the stay. I can highly recommend it to everyone!

After spending a disappointing night at another hotel where we had booked four nights, we happened to walk by Pink Coco and fell in love instantly. We decided to continue our vacation here, and it turned out to be the best decision ever!

The welcome at Pink Coco was phenomenal, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful villa. This exceeded all our expectations. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. By the pool, we were constantly surprised with delicious snacks and drinks, making every day a celebration. When we returned to our room in the evening, the candles were already lit, and a surprise was waiting for us. These small touches made our stay extra special.

The staff at Pink Coco deserves a special mention. They are not only professional but also genuinely interested in their guests. Their personal attention made our stay complete. We would like to extend an extra thank you to Maya, Mini, Nia, and Rozy. You made our stay unforgettable!

We stayed here last month for a few days and LOVED it! The service, staff and spa is very good. I loved how they did the rooms every day in the evening and you came back to a lovely smelling room and the bed made well and also little gifts left on your bed. Their spa is wonderful too - be sure to book in a few massages!

Best hotel!! The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful they’ll do anything to help and ensure you have the absolute best stay. Every day we get little surprises and attentions in our rooms which is really nice. Facilities are great, the pool is splendid, rooms are very nice and clean, bathroom is amazing too! Finally, the breakfasts are amazing , there’s a huge choice of delicious and very generous options . The rest of dishes are very good too. Thanks to the whole staff !

Just the perfect holiday. Gili air itself is a beautiful small island with turquoise water and white sand beaches. Pink coco made it all the better. Located directly at the beach ist had stunning beach and sunset views, amazing food, just the kindest staff, beautiful rooms, treats and surprises every day and an amazing 24/7 open pool. I wish I would have stayed longer and will surely come back. I can’t recommend highly enough.

PinkCoCo is simply incredible. The spirit is fantastic. We discovered this hotel while exploring and based on its appearance alone we had to book two nights here. And all our positive expectations were exceeded. If you spend time here on Gilly Air, you should definitely plan a stay here. WOW! My partner and I thought we were royalty. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Adults only, so very romantic ❤‍🔥 they put a surprise in your room at the end of each day. 💯 recommend

We had a wonderful evening on the beach at Pink Coco! It has comfy bean bags and umbrellas set up to watch the sunset from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Focus is on guests having a great experience and they nailed it two years in a row for us. Second time we have stayed here and would come back again. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need, bathrooms are large and feel luxurious. Good air conditioning and wifi follows you from room to pool to restaurants. Fantastic place to unwind and be spoiled by the great staff.

BEST hotel stay of all time. This place is so special and really committed to their pink theme. I loved everything about it: Rooms and all the details in it, food, the commitment to sustainability (no single use plastic for example) but especially the exceptional service. Jenz made our Barbie&Ken experience just perfect. Big love 💓

This place deserves 5 stars all around. Everything from the service, the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail was so perfect. Our Grande Room was stocked with matching PJ tops, pink flip flops, all the toiletries you need and a beach bag for a day out. Nightly cookies are brought to room during turn-down service and on night one, there were face masks in the fridge. If you lounge by the pool all day, staff will come around with snacks, drinks, wellness shots, “young spray” and cold towels. We had a day out on the pink boat with snorkelling and lunch as well. Perfect perfect spot. Can’t wait to come back!

My girlfriend and I decided to visit Gili Air as part of our time visiting Indonesia and we stayed in Pink Coco. This hotel was easily our favourite stay during our trip, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the pool is beautiful and the beach is right at your doorstep. The PinkCoco staff go above and beyond with making you feel welcome, whether it's helping with allergies (I need gluten free as I am a coeliac) and remembering when I visit again, or bringing complementary drinks to you while at the pool. I cannot speak more highly of the hotel and our experience, by far the most welcoming stay we've had, with amazing attention to detail! My girlfriend also loved the cookies left every night after room cleaning!!
