Medana Bay Marina

What a fantastic little spot to wake up to every morning in front of the ocean. Peaceful and modestly priced. Also food was surprisingly tasty and plentiful vegetarian/vegan versions of local Lombok dishes (which can be difficult to find in Indonesia sometimes!).

This is a simple and inexpensive hotel with excellent staff and service.
Right on the beach, great restaurant on premise and good facilities for sailors. It's run professionally, the owner is personally making sure everyone is being looked after and had a wealth of information to share. You will be able to get most of your boat work done here and if you need to haul out then the marina can put you on a hard stand.

Great marine services for cruising yachts. Haul out facilities are available. Nice little cafe - the fresh blended fruit juices are very refreshing. Close to Tanjung town for fresh markets, banks, telkomcel shops and small warungs and coffee shops.

A really nice hotel in Medana area.
The room is spacey and quite clean. The bathroom is quite clean as well.
Try the restaurants! They offer a simple menu so you won't take time to choose your meal and they got a refreshing juices.

Well actually I give 5 stars for the beach and the quiet ambience of big clean yard.
You'll find fluorescens plankton if you swim on the beach at night :)
The room is spacious, but a bit old dated, they should really reconsider to change all furniture and bed and bedsheet and towels.
The staffs are friendly and helpful but not really competent, they should've trained them how to clean up the room more thouroughly and profesionally.
It's okay to stay for couples of night, I'm a diver (who unfortunately come here this time only to work) so normally i don't stay in a hotel room too much unless for shower and sleep (not room-enjoying person). And that's why i love their spacious bathroom too, easy to wash all gear and hang them on the terrace.
Meals are good, beer are good, beach like a infinite pool with fluorescens plankton, so yes it balance the other uncomfortable things.
Recommended to stay if you're not so picky and more of nature lover.
Updated: I do want to return here when going to lombok again. The quiteness, the clean beach, the clean area of hotel, made if perfect to retreat. Have I mention they have bale2 on their resto by the beach with books? And also beanbags to sit, sip beer and enjoy the view. Plus one can easily rent a motorcycle here ;)

Great place to stay, they can provide scuba diving license, repair your small yacht, they also have an imigration office, foods are great, love the taste, simple yet delicious.
