Jati bar & Bungalow

A good alternative if you want to stay in the area after or before the Gili Islands. The place is cosy and quite comfortable (except the mattress on the ground which was too soft). It's rather isolated and far from the city (40 minutes walk to the harbour) and you have to walk more than 10 minutes to get to the closest restaurant.
The surrounding are charming and people around very friendly. The breakfast was simple (2 fried eggs and some toast).
It might be too expensive for what it is but the owner is a nice guy and he's always willing to help (he dropped us for free at the harbour).

Cosy place with amazing host! Hard to get taxi divers to get there because it is a new place, we got picked up by the host on a motorbike for a cheap price, the taxi will try to overcharge. He really went the extra mile for me to sort out my transport for my hard which I forgot in the bungalow. He is really helpful and serviceminded. There is not really any restaurant close by but we got food delivered to us and we also got help with renting a motorbike to travel around lombok for a couple of days. Amazing stay!

Things to do:
- take a walk or drive to nearby beaches.
- have a good time at the jati bar.
- walk to Pemanang for nice street food or barbeque restaurant.
- take a walk through small villages around the stay
- make a daytrip to the Gili Islands for snorkling.
- sit in front of the bungalows an watch animals and local life!

Charming little bungalow in a village near the port to the Gili Islands, the hosts are wonderful and even showed us the local hangout at the waterfall! 🦋

Mabey best place to stay in this habour region. Definitely landside. Offers a transport to the harbour for 60k.

L'emplacement idéal pour être dans un endroit tranquille et à proximité du port pour accéder au îles Gili. L'endroit est charmant et le propriétaire est très chaleureux et aidant. Il peut vous louer un scooter, vous organiser un trip dans les alentours, ou vous trouver un transport pour l'aéroport ou autre. Vraiment un lieu et un personnage attachant.

Asri dan bersih... recommended.
