The hotel not only offers a serene setting with beautiful lake views and stunning sunsets but also boasts a diligent staff, excellent cleanliness, and reasonable room prices. Additionally, it provides a party hall accommodating 50 to 80 guests for various celebrations. Moreover, its large garden space, with a capacity of 100 to 150 guests, is perfect for hosting mid-sized events like wedding receptions, birthdays, and anniversaries, ensuring picturesque and memorable gatherings.

Most easily approachable from highway and well connected to city with roads on both sides. The rooms are renovated absolutely clean and well lit . Top of it all breakfast spread is yummy & full of variety. Highly Recommended to stay

We stopped there only for lunch but the food was great... service was also very good....

The location is nested in such green and well kept grounds with beautiful plants and flowers. The entire theme of property is minimalist and natural. Food served was extraordinarily fresh and delicious. Service staff is polite and quick to assist you. You can’t find all of this under one room had such an amazing experience would highly recommend for a great weekend gateway.

We recently hosted our Wedding Reception here. What an amazing experience it was! Banquet lawn is just a dream location for hosting a meet and greet dinner. Our guests loved the food and ambience. Exotic rooms, very clean and hygienic spaces, delicious food, welcoming and polite staff. The complete package at a reasonable charge. I would definitely recommend it for Events and stays :) Thanks to the entire team at Pai Resorts. Wishing you a lovely stay here :)

The best place in Belgaum to celebrate any occasion.I recently celebrated my son's 1st birthday at this location.Every single aspect is taken care of, Owner is involved in deciding right from decoration to menu, he makes sure you enjoy every moment and need not have to worry anything with regards to the preparation.Highly professional and personal at the same time

I must say its a real great place for stay. First of all the staff is extremely courteous and ready to help type. amenities are clean and perfect. Food quality is fabulous. Over all everything is very good. I asked for Airport Pick up and Drop which is chargeable but then the Taxi Service is really good. This shows that these people are really very much concerned in their outsourcing services which befits their quality of service

Food is delicious, Rooms are spacious, neat & tidy, Service is Top Notch.
Perfect for any event or even a evening get away.
Also the owners are very humble, polite & friendly.

Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms too. And just adjacent Bangalore highway. Makes it ideal for a Pit stop.
