Yesterday I purchased a new powebuilt cutter machine it was already a defected item I went home started working first time it was not working properly machine was not cutting the material in right angle so went to the shop but the response from the shop persons were to poor they were saying u did this damege then i asked for replacement because they are selling defected pis and blaming customer but they said it not replaceable so after he said we can repair the plate of cutter I waited 4 hours for new cutter machine to be repaired but after that I went home and tested same problem but no replace for defected product so guys be careful before buying from such shop which which doesn't have a 1 percent of replacement policy for defetectd product they provide or ek bar sale hogaya to badh may jaye customer like mentality salute for them for such a good and astonishing service there are many stores there are providing better service and customer satisfaction 🥱

Very Bad Experience the owner is Rude , arrogant and doesn't value the customers as If the customer is gonna take his products for free , secondly they supply second quality products and cheat the Non Belgavi people by giving defective piece . Customers are your God Learn how to treat them Then continue with your business...Not Recommend at all
