Nageshwar Jyotirlinga is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. It is located 17 km from Dwarka. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, who is worshipped here as Nageshwar Mahadev, the Lord of Serpents.

According to legend, the demon Daaruka imprisoned a Shiva devotee named Supriya in a cave. Supriya's prayers to Lord Shiva invoked his presence, and the Lord arrived and vanquished the demon. A self-manifested Shivalinga appeared at the spot, and it is worshipped here to this day.

The temple is open to all visitors, regardless of their religion or beliefs. It is a peaceful and serene place to visit, and it is a great place to experience the beauty of Hindu culture. It is very neat and clean.

The 12th Jyotirlinga of lord Shiva which is present in Dwarka, Gujrat. The place is well maintained and you get very good Darshan. This place is less crowded most of the year unlike other Jyotirlinga temples of shiva. The crowd management is good here. The temple is also very near and clean.

Shri Nageshvar Jyotirling is the one of the 12 jyotirlingas (self-manifested shivalinga) in India. The red building lies at a short distance from the town. At the end of a large hall is the main sanctum with the shivalinga. Legend goes that it was here that a demon called Daaruka imprisoned a Shiva devotee called Supriya. The chants of ‘Om Namaha Shivay’ by Supriya invoked Lord Shiva who arrived here and vanquished the demon. The best time to visit is between November and February, and during Shivratri which is celebrated with great fervour. Nageshwar Temple is 18 km from Dwarka city. Porbandar (107 km) and Jamnagar (126 km) are the closest airports to Dwarka.

This is one of the 12 divine lingas of God Shiva located almost 18km from the city of dwarka. Connected by road it takes around 30-40 mins to reach nageshwar mahadev. The temple has a huge statue of Shiva and the linga is covered by Naga . For darshan there is no fee but for puja and Jal abhishekam one has to pay Rs 200 and people have to wear a traditional dhoti before entering the inner sanctum of shiva. The temple receives huge crowd during Shravan month..

I had a wish to visit all 12 jyotirlinga temples once in my life at all.

Sri Nageshwara jyotirlinga it is one of the jyotirlinga as mentioned in Puranas.

According to Puranas we listened there were 12 jyotirlinga temples in Bharat among those 12 jyotirlingas this Nageshwara jyotirlinga was 9th jyotirlinga located in Gujarat state 16km far from Dwaraka city.

This temple was renovated by T-Series Gulshan Kumar Family members.

To seek nageshwar jyotirlinga darshan there is no need to purchase any tickets and if you want to do some Pooja in Garbha griha near Jyotirlinga we need to purchase a Pooja ticket.

In this temple there will be vendors that sell Prasad and Pooja items.

I can see some renovations going on at the temple premises.

We can see Narendra Modi ji Photo in this temple he visited this temple when he was Chief minister of Gujarat state.

There is a small yagashala temple outside where yajna are performed by temple priests.

People who have ever visited Dwaraka will come to this temple by rented vehicle.

Outside temple premises we can see many cows roaming if you want to feed with food there will be some people selling the cow food and also for birds too.

I wish everyone would visit this temple when you travel to dwaraka.

It is one of the "Jyotirlinga". This place is not so crowded and you can have a nice darshan in peace. Here is the glory of offering small idols of Nag and Nagin. Which you get from the temple. A tall statue of a sitting Lord Shiva and a large garden with a pond are major attractions of this place.

We got the darshan within 1 hrs of span without any issue.
The temple premises is well maintained and clean.
One of the attraction factor was the big Statue of Devo ke dev Shri Mahadev.
Must visit temple with your family.

🕉8th number Jyotirlinga out of 12th. I have not visited all Jyotirlinga but I presume that this is the least developed Jyotirlinga in terms of corridor and infrastructure. There is no provision of staying there at night because it is situated between Dwarka & bet Dwarka.
Easily approachable and no problem of parking. Put your shoes, chappals outside. You can take your phone inside but pics are not allowed of shrine prohibited but you can take pics inside premises.
Negotiate when you're buying parishad & thali and you can go inside inside & do Pooja by paying fixed amount written at there charts according to the Pooja.
Ps: I went in weekday and in no festival time, so don't know about what happened there when it is overcrowded.

Advice - Go to Bet Dwarka first because the temple closes at 1 pm and then come here. So you can get appropriate time to spend at bet Dwarka and here.

Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, an ancient Hindu temple in Dwarka, holds spiritual significance. Its serene ambiance and architectural beauty create a divine atmosphere, drawing devotees seeking blessings from Lord Shiva.
Nageshwar Jyotirlinga's history connects to the demoness Daruka, whom Shiva defeated to protect devotees. These narratives enrich the spiritual significance of these revered sites.

It is one of the "Jyotirlinga". Lord Mahadev has been worshipped here. There are various kind of puja thali you can offer or you can have Prasad that has been sold at the Mandir area. Holy nag-nagin have been offered to this Shivaling. Male are not allowed in pants or pajamas they have to have dhoti. Mandir authority has spare dhotis and there is a changing room also.

Shri Nageshvar temple is one of the twelfth jyotirlingas which is half an hour's drive from Dwarka. The temple area is comparatively small but very well maintained.
The queue at the temple was moving and was able to take the darshan within half an hour. Inside the temple, you cannot get close to the Linga unless you pay money to Pujari to perform some Pooja. Check the temple timings before visiting the temple.
Also, buy the Churma Laddo Prasad inside the temple.
Har Har Mahadev.
