Good quality of sweet n snack

It is right next to two more Purohit sweet shops. So, it is very common for new visitors to get confused.
All these shops have their own group of permanent costomers.
It is opposite the (forever under construction!) KSRTC bus stop and right next to Pai hotel.

This is original purohit sweets, you can get all verity of sweets here .quality is maintained and also taste. I got my favourite kaju katli here, and also kachori i tried for the fisrt time . I just loved the taste .

For all the sweet lovers, this is one of the finest sweet mart in the city and located opposite the bus stand. The sweet are of great quality and do try the Belgaum Mava.

A great place for kunda, which is the speciality of Belagavi....

At the start of Khade Bazar, go to Suresh Purohit for Kunda, Dharwad Peda, Kardandh. Very fresh and tasty

Good quality of sweets. Sweets were also fresh and soft. Loved their Kunda a lot as they said it's their speciality. Other sweets that we bought were also good. Prices are normal. Snacks were okay. The place is big and you can see every items that's on display clearly.
I would recommend you to try their Kundas.

Very nice sweet shop

During recent visit to belgaum for a marriage we were gifted kunda from Suresh Purohit sweets. Kunda is a kind of sweet which has to be swallowed and doesn't require chewing. While children were consuming we found a used safety pin in it. Luckily child chewed it instead of directly swallowing. This clearly shows that kunda is prepared in unhealthy, unhygienic filthy conditions. Owner is accountable for this. I don't understand how government authorities are approving such subs standard sweet shops and it's manufacturing units. I request everyone not to buy sweets from this shop and don't put your self and your family members in danger.

Beware ! observe what they are packing because you will ask for fresh sweet which is displayed on the counter but if you don't watch them carefully then you will end up getting different sweet which you are not ask for and which is not at all fresh.They no people won't come back normally to return it.like this they will even sell the sweet which is expired or about to expired.

dont buy the sweets here. when the sweet box is opened at home it is all spoiled. fungus on the sweets. stale food. attached pics.

Quite a bad experience getting sweets from here. I got Dharwad Pedha and the Kunda. The Dharwad Pedha went bad in a day. I was an out of town person visiting Belgaum and they may be took advantage of it. Never shop here.
