The best place to stop over in Belgaum. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Really polite and helpful staff. Well priced and centrally located. Ample underground parking with a lift to the residential floors. We will definitely be going back!

A warm welcome by jagadish bhai, the security incharge and then towards reception Priyanka did a quick check in n small guidance to restaurants in the area. Akshay was quick in terms of helping me carry luggage in my room and very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms, ample safe parking and bang in main market with loads of restaurants around.

It's a nice and comfortable hotel for staying...only problem we faced was the height of bathroom entrance...it will be tough for elders to use it....otherwise the bathroom is clean....no food service ...but they allow swiggy/ zomato delivery....

The room & hotel were ultra clean. Parking was available in the basement. Their kitchen was closed during our stay so can't comment on food. Overall good value for money. Fyi- Rooms are not as big as they look in pics.

Nice hotel for the stay. I enjoyed alot. The staff was very polite. And all the luxuries were present (like- bed ,hair dryer,etc).Washroom was also very clean and neat. 👍👍👍THE URBAN HIVE HOTEL👍👍👍

Was a good place to stay while doing a run from Bangalore to Mumbai or vice versa. this is near the highway and the rooms are quiet neat and clean. the service is quite good. you have accessibility to Zomato and swiggy to order food

Great quality rooms .. with all amenities. It's very clean and neat.

Very good location, new property; very neat and clean. Although restaurant is not functional, they serve snacks and meals from their functioning kitchen. Had tea, snacks and dinner. Excellent quality. Sufficient parking available in their basement parking from where lift takes you straight to your floor. A couple of individual rooms also available for drivers (at a nominal cost)in the basement: though small, it's neat and clean with a cot, bed, pillow, blanket, fan, table chair. Super efficient and young staff, very courteous and quick on the uptake. Strongly suggest for halts in Belgavi.

Definitely recommended for comfortable stay at Belagavi. One of the few new properties. Small niche hotel. Very Convenient and No Frills Stay. Clean Well Appointed Rooms. Very close to main market and railway station. A big shoutout to Mr.Harsh and all the staff for accommodating all the requests. Kind enough to provide a room to freshen up after we had checked out!
Note - there is no restaurant in the hotel but many dining places nearby.

The pictures do complete justice to what is offered. The room is extremely clean and worth the money. The staff is very courteous and kind. Also, plus point is they offer secure parking for your vehicles.
It's situated in the prime area with everything available at a walkable distance. A notable aspect is that everything is very well lit, so it gives you a very safe vibe.

The room was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. The stay was very comfortable and an amazing place to stay.

Excellent stay with extremely helpful staff even at night. Rooms are very clean and bathroom is one of the best. Food was fantastic as well. They even provided us with a point to charge our EV. Would happily stay here again.

It's good hotel, nice and clean rooms . But no complimentary breakfast and no restaurants.

We checked mid night at 1.30.
We got the welcome drink (fresh watermelon juice) at that time, this shows how good they are at customer service.
Positive vibes, very very well cleaned rooms, amazing staff and very cooperative.
1000% Best experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent rooms and on time services

Being a trekker and international traveller, I will give 5 star rating because the room ambient and the space is very good, Hygiene and clean. Specially the Toilets are very clean and neet.
Best hotel to stay in this price range, location is hardly 1km from main Bus stand, 11km from Airport and 800mts
