Location and premises beautiful Spacious rooms with maintenance not up to the mark. Food good with limited option. Staff behaviour very good. Best place in Chandipur to stay for 2-3 nights

It is a really great hotel to stay at Chandipur. The sea is really close and view from rooms is great. The service here is also really good. The food was delicious here. The rooms are spacious and clean. This hotel has a small flower garden. The restaurant/eating area is on ground floor. Room service is also available. This hotel would definitely be recommended to people.

This is run by OTDC. Usually one can book the rooms online or OTDC office. The location is very good near the beach. But the place is a little dirty because the area is not totally private. Too many people use the premises for going to the sea beach. The parking lot is under preparation. There is a big dining hall inside the hotel. Breakfast is usually served here. The view of the sea can be seen from the balcony of the front faced rooms. Overall the hotel is good. Food quality and room service are also value for money.

Pantha Nivas is the best hotel to stay in Chandipur Sea Beach. The rooms are very cosy and the scenery is beautiful. Good service from the people in the hotel and connectivity is also good . Better to stay in this hotel due to its accessibility and affordability

Super Awesome Location. The best in Chandipur; Right Beach and the Entry to the beach is really good. Nice places to sit on the Beach. Concrete structure done by Govt. Lights are there as well.
Rooms are spacious here and all amenities works really well.
Even being a Govt org. controller one, I can't even complain about any single thing here ... Rooms are Spacious, AC Works well, Geyser is always On, Restaurant is really Good, Great Homely Tasty food, very reasonable Price for food.
Staffs are well behaved and serves your purpose very well.
The Campus is huge and ample area for parking your car. I feel around 50-60 card can be parked here easily.
They have 4/5 autos waiting inside campus for tourists.
Package tour system is also available from here with reasonable Rate.

Pros:
1. It's really a great place to stay and enjoy the sea from the balcony of your room only. 2. The quality of food served is also descent and the service quality is kind of good .

Cons:
1. But they have a problem of WiFi connectivity i.e. they only have 1 WiFi Router for this whole big hotel and only few of the rooms which are located near to the office can get the WiFi connection.
2. Another thing is that there is almost zero maintenance of the rooms. The condition of the rooms which are located in front of the hotel are not at all satisfying in accordance with the money they are taking for one night stay .

A very good and organised guest house. Staff are very good. There is a bar in the ground floor. They have a restaurant for guests. A/C suits are good and sea facing. It is very closed to the sea. I stayed there from 22 Dec to 24 Dec 2020. Overall experience is good.

Amazing place to be in for, this is located just infront of the Beach.
The preparation of every dishes and the service they have been providing since decades and decades and decades, are more than your exotic experiences.
The best part is, Every Sea Food - Crustaceans, Fishes, marine arthropods are best cooked here.

The hotel was very neat nd clean nd the staff behaviour was very humble nd polite.
The taste of food was very good with genuine rates and the best part of the hotel was it was 100 meters a walking distance to reach the seashore .

Nice place to have vacation. Restaurant take long time to make the food,but they serve fresh and good food.

I have been there for two times. Very delicious food. Room service are very good. The dining room is AC. and very big. The vanishing sea is main attraction. It is about 14 km from Balasore railway station. Rental car is available from station. From here you can hire a car for a day long for Rs.1000 to 1500. And you can go for the site seeing . Best site seeing place is pancha lingeswar and Nilgiri hill.

OTDC Panthonibas, Keonjhar is located only 3 km away from the city, in a foothill. The ambience is wonderfull, and the attendents are so friendly! Food is also delicious. Double bed ac room starts from 1300+GST. Senior citizen discount is also available. Sanaghagra, a truly beautiful waterfall is only 7.5 km away. Some other nature's beauty like Bhimkund waterfall, Khandadhar waterfall and Gundichanghai waterfall are a little far, between 55 and 60 km away from the place in different directions. I drove all the way from Kolkata through costal belts of Odissa (Talsari, Bichitrapur, Jamunasul, Chandipur) and reached here in 3 days. The journey through the forest between Anandapur to Keonjhar is unforgettable. I love the place.

Great sea facing rooms and lovely view. But make sure to check the rooms as sometimes the ac doesn't work properly. Restaurant food is average, based on the rates that they charge

OTDC Panthanivas Chandipur is an excellent place to stay at. The staff over here are extremely courteous and the service is excellent. We booked our stay online and upon arrival the process was absolutely hassle free. Room was clean and the bathroom was big, spacious and clean. We also booked our next day tour to Devkund and Panchalingeshwar from here itself and the car provided and the driver who accompanied, both were excellent. Panthanivas is located right on the beach and everyone who needs to go to the beach has to go via the gate of Panthanivas so it is suggested that you book your stay here if you're visiting Chandipur. Also the food of the Panthanivas hotel was excellent in taste, huge in quantity and really easy on the pocket. A very big Thumbs Up to Panthanivas Chandipur and it's staff and suggested as a must stay for all visitors.

Best place to stay in and around Chandipur Sea Beach
Actually reservations beforehand are required normally but if you are lucky enough you may get a room after you go.
Contact pathanivas through online or go to their office in Kolkata.
Breakfast is complimentary along with stay and food available is quite cheap as well as of excellent quality considering other options in and around the beach.
Pros :
1) Closest to the Beach and almost all rooms are sea-facing.
2) Good for families as there is a lawn and enough space for recreation.
3) Cheap rate of stay.
Cons :
1) Low availability of rooms in peak season.
2) Their catering service is quite slow considered their manpower which is less for such a big hotel.

Near to sea beach.u can get sea view from some rooms, also they have a sea view point. Quality of food was good in their restaurant.

Chandipur sea beach. ⛱ Sunrise and sunset are the main importance views in this site. it is more crowd during the winter season.It may crowd especially on Sunday. different shops and toys selling shops are available. Here child can enjoy this place by playing different toys and game. 🎯

Well behaved by all the staff members including Manager of the property; you will get excellent food at your choice; position of the property is the best among all the Hotels in Chandipur.

If you are in a mood of going away from the rat race and take a rest somewhere for days this is the best place.. the hotel has very good staff and the manager is really a nice guy.. food is really good.. i mean its tasty not so spice yet tasty.. only you have to oder it a bit early.. morning sunrise and quite and calm ambience just before the sea makes it a great place to take a rest form all the fast moving life.. note one thing that you might have a network issue there.. they provide wifi but the range is limited to ground floor.. but you have gone there to stay away from all the mess.. why bring it..
