It's not a beach. It would be more apt if we call it a wonder one must experience. And when you do, do it responsibly. Please keep it clean the way it is now.
I walked into the sea for about 1.5 km early in the morning(during sunrise)when there was barely anyone else around. It's a great experience. I wanted to walk more towards the sea but wasn't sure of the time of high tide. The locals also confused me as they stated different timings of the high tide.
Make sure to watch your steps while walking for the small and camouflaged sea creatures are there in abundance. Avoid going in at night.

Around sunset, it looks more scenic, and you can capture some great memories.

Beautiful Beach! Not so crowded place. You can also take a bath here. You get an amazing view of the Sea ❤

A quiet and secluded beach with muddy water. Experience the vanishing sea where you can enjoy the water only two times a day from 10.30am to 1.30pm and 10.30pm to 12.30am. The beach is really beautiful and you can find lots of seashell on the beach. You can also enjoy some good food on the beach as well.

I have never seen a beach like this. You can walk miles and miles towards the sea , from afar it looks like you r standing on the water surface. It's truly magnificent.

A very famous beach situated in the Balasore district of Odisha. There is no water up to 5-7 km from the bank in the daytime. Only during the high tide water comes to the bank. So apparently is it said that one can walk over the bed of sea during the daytime which is the main attraction.

Brilliant place to enjoy a small vacation as a refeeshment.
But keep in mind, its a flat beach with clay deposited from the adjacent Buribalam River, so swimming isnt enjoyable. Sea is calm and not too much crushing waves.
But the beachside is really a beautiful place to spend the evening, the mirrored reflection of the setting sun on the soft sand under the shallow water, and shells looks amazing. Afternoon times are very hot, so an advice avoid making plans to swim during 11pm to 3 pm....Sun is always too Scorching, and the sea itself goes away by 1 km due to the tide. People who are finding beaches to swim in the vacation, this place is not for you.

The water in the sea beach daily recedes back few kms in the morning after sun rise and starts to come back to the shores again in the afternoon. At night the sea water hits the shores with loud sea noise just like any other sea beach.

One of the main attractions is being able to walk at sea water beds during day hours which gets fully covered by sea water at night. Sun set at Chandipur sea beach just beautiful like no other beach. The way the sun light reflects and glows over the beach bed is just an amazing spectacle.

The sea shores at Chandipur sea beach have harden sand due to over night water and not loose sand and has a very long and wide sea shores which is a great place for walks with loved ones.

Very different kind of beach. The waters in low tide start almost 2 km away from the beach. A must visit place. Good efforts to keep the beach clean.

Chandipur is one of the Odisha finest beaches and its 16km east of balasore, it's one of the few beaches of the world where the sea recedes up to 5km daily at low tide and chasing the waves in a jeep, when the sea retreats is unforgettable, the best time to visit chandipur is winter between November to March a beautiful and peaceful beach i have ever seen. It's a lovely place. Best time to visit during sunrise and sunset. If you are lucky enough, you can also witness the hide n seek nature of the sea during hight tide and ebb tide. But there is one humble request. It's everyone's moral responsibility to keep these beautiful and unique places clean. Please don't throw any garbage in the beach and also don't let others to do the same.

It's very good beach. Must visit. One thing that is very problematic to me is the approach road to beach is very narrow. Moreover there are Innumerous shops both sides of the road. One can't walk. Administration should look into this matter

It is an outstanding experience for me to visit this place as chandipur sea beach is one of the most favorite one the Natural beauty is at its peak and feeling of calmness is looming large.
