Awesome trekking..after climbing 2 hills beyond the small temple wl reach the top view...it's wonderful greenery.. beware of wild elephants.. entry fees Rs30/-per head..must bring a bottle of water..an umbrella if want.. best time is morning or 3-6pm..also can see superb sunset view..

Muneeswaran Mudi is located is wayanad district kerala. From mananthavady-kottiyoor road, from thalapuzha taKe a divert 2km then you can reach here.it is also called the vagamon of wayanad. Because of its panoramic view of meadows & gentle breeze.there is a shiva temple on the top of the mountain. That's why it's also called muneeswaran kunnu. There are sights for wild gaur, elephants and deers. Also can be seen banasura mountain range and tea plantations. Entry is restricted and can enter by forest departments package. Per hed 30rs and food trek package is 4000/4 persons. Camping also available.
