A simple place to stay near the temple. A group of 6 can easily use the space. Do not forget to visit the farm and a dip in the river nearby

I stayed here with my father for 2 days. I enjoyed my stay here. I played in the river, walked through the fields and forests and had fun in waterfalls. The food served here is very delicious. The cottage we stayed was beautiful and clean with all basic facilities, a beautiful balcony and veranda. The owner of this place Sukumaran uncle and his wife are very loving and caring people. Sukumaran uncle gave me knowledge on agriculture, nature and wild life. It was very interesting listening to him. In the night we heard sound of elephants and tiger roaring. There is a rudraksha tree near to the cottage and i picked up a rudraksha that was lying on the ground. Sukumaran uncle told me, when you go to your house remove the husk and clean the rudraksha and see how many faces it have. If it is a panchamukah rudaraksha you are lucky. It was a panchamukha rudraksha when i cleaned it. Overall i enjoyed the stay here and want to go back again sometime. I request you to stay here with your children so that they can have a really different experience.

Excellent way to connect your soil with the soil. We stayed here for 4 days with our 8 year old grand son in November. Those four days have been an incredible cultural and culinary experience and has given us an entirely new perspective on a different way of life! Thank you Mr.Sukumaran Unni and Yedhu for being such wonderful hosts and making our stay such a memorable one. Looking forward to revisit the place again in nearby future.

Beautiful and serene place to just unwind. It is indeed the illathvillas is a spot of pure rejuvenate . Be it the stay, the hospitality, the food , the weather or the mother nature around, the joy and the sustainability is common factor. We must really appreciate the efforts of Sukumaran Unni. We truly recommend everyone to visit this farm stay.

We have stayed here for two years in a row and we highly recommend this accommodation. The host Yedhu and his family have a lovely guesthouse situated on their organic farm. The surroundings are beautiful with many bird species, monkeys and even elephants in the area. The house has one main room that sleeps three plus kitchen area and bathroom, and three balconies. Yedhu provides delicious breakfast every morning. The hosts are very hospitable and staying here is an opportunity to learn more about their organic farming methods and life on a farm. The temple is nearby as well as hikes and treks. Thank-you for a wonderful stay Yedhu!

A beautiful homestay where you can be one with nature.This is the place to be if you are even slightly interested in farming and agro tourism. Awesome getaway point from Thirunelli for a long weekend, far away from the hustle and bustle of civilization. Illath villas is just incredible. This place has more life surrounded by untouched nature. Perfect location with hills, river, animals and organic farm. We had an amazing time at Illath Villas and would love to visit again. A Heartfelt thank to Sukumaranunni sir for making our stay a memorable one. Highly recommend!
