We stayed there for 2 days. The rooms are clean. It has a smart tv with free wifi. Amazon subscription as well. All tourist attractions are within walkable distance. The manager is highly helpful. They provided home made breakfast which is ok. Cost wise this is worth it. If you want to stay as a family this is for you. I'm highly satisfied. , 😊

The phoenix holiday home was very good home stay in kanniyakumari. The place is safe and clean. excellent service owner ma'am was so supportive. And the caretaker ma'am was so sweet he prepar the breakfast was super and hygienic, he was very helpful person overall good experience.

This is the perfect stay for a holiday. The best place I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk on the rocks beside the beach. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable and i would like to thank Mr. Ramesh and Bharini for it. Overall, I had a great experience and i would highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Kanyakumari.

We have stayed at the 3bhk villa for 2 nights along with family and a pet dog. the complete house was available to us and my pet dog was very very comfortable and abke to relax nicely.
The manager Mr.Krishna was very friendly and cordial.
the property was very well maintained and very clean and hygienic. Due to the old construction it had a nice rustic feel and homely.

We had an excellent stay as the place was well maintained, neat and clean. The place is located exactly 900 metres from the beach and you have frequent auto/cab facility for commuting. The host is the best part, she ensures to give a pleasant atmosphere, while leaving she gave us papaya and some veggies grown in her farm. Main thing is we left our watch in the apartment without any hesitation she agreed to send it back thru courier😊

I happened to stay at this property with my family on a holy trip. Must say that was a bit sceptical about the property before reaching the place, but once we were there all the doubts just melted. The neatness of the place, the courtesy of the owner and the staff were heart warming. The facilities provided were of utmost high class. I would 100% without a tinge of doubt recommend the place to anybody visiting Kanyakumari. A home within budget is what the place is... Kudos to the management and the staff for the great work.

Phoenix Holiday Home is an excellent choice to stay in Kanyakumari. This place is located in a great spot in a peaceful neighborhood, and important tourish attractions and railway station are at walkable distances. The space is well ventilated, located on the first floor. The property is well maintained, and the entire place is safe and hygienic. The space also houses an inverter power back up, which was of great help during power outage. It also has a nice terrace where we can enjoy the evenings peacefully. The complimentary breakfast provided here deserves a special mention. They serve delicious South Indian home cooked food, and the quantity was adequate. Don't miss that during your stay!

One of the best things about this property is its manager, Mr. Krishnan. He is a wonderful human being and goes the extra mile to make sure we have a comfortable stay. He was extremely helpful in guiding us to navigate the city and also arranged reliable cab services on request.

Excellent customer service. So happy with the service we got. Owner ma'am was so supportive. And the maid/caretaker who was there was so happily supporting us throughout the stay. It is situated near Kanyakumari Temple and it is easily accessible. There is one Chitra Resturant inside the Vivekananda Kendra which serves veg food. The home stay is reasonable and highly recommend. We were a 10 members team and all of us are happy with the service we got. As a con i would say the building is bit old but they have maintained it so well. The bathrooms were clean and all the bed spreads were fresh and clean. They have small kitchen where you can cook or prepare tea or something if you would like to. We couldn't take any pictures from there but trust me it is worth. Thank you so much Pheonix Team for making our stay pleasent there. Will come back for sure. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

It's an excellent experience being at Phoenix Holiday Home. It's really a feeling of being at home as both the owner and caretaker are of helping nature, without any hesitation they are ready to help you. We didn't feel Kanyakumari a new place, it felt as if we know the place and people over there, from so many years. I would surely recommend every one to please opt for this home stay, a place for perfect vacation and relaxation from your work. Simply peaceful and perfectly splendid.

Owner, Maneger and staff are very friendly and they helped to manage the trip very usefull. Breakfast (idli with chadni and sambar) was super. Drinking water was at the door step. Since Inverter was installed , power failer not affected. Two ACs installed one in bed room and other in hall. Sufficient crockery, fridge, gas and stove available in the kitchen. Terrace can be used for drying clothes. Anyway it is more than sufficient for a family consists four or five members.
