Rasthakaadu Beach

One of the cleanest beaches in Kanyakumari. The water is cystal clear. Generally not crowded. Hopefully people will behave responsibly and keep it clean in the future..

Place is good also but it is very risky during strong waves. Kids will love to play in sand. Sunday or public holidays it will be very crowded.

This beach was a pleasure to be in! The waves were the perfect size, and the area was nice and mostly clean. There wasn't much of a crowd, and the beach was very big, as well as the water was nice and clean. I would recommend you go to this beach if you want to have a fun time playing in the water and the sand.

A beautiful beach and most people don't know about this beach.

This beach is very near to the highway.
We rarely visit this place during the weekend, when we visit very few families are there.
Please Carry food for your kids if you plan to visit because only a few sellers are available.

Hidden gem in this area. There is a small water flow near that beach. After playing you can take wash in that place to clean the sand

Nice place to play with kids in the beach. We spend more than one hour there. We can buy ice cream, corn and chat items. Sunday evening is the best time spend with your family and friends

Very nice and clean beach, it has a amazing view of Sunrise. The water is also very clean. One of the best beaches I have visited in India.

Situated just 1km from the Kanyakumari highway

Food: There are couple of local vendors available who serve corn, bajji, paruthipal paayasam

Atmosphere: The beach is not crowded and suitable for bathing as well. We can see Red, Yellow, and Black sand on the shore and can collect shells. We can see Kanyakumari from one side and Kudankulam from the other side.

This beach is quiet and suitable for a small number of people. It is isolated and has no shops nearby, except for a few seasonal ones. You can park your car on the side of the road and enjoy bathing in the water without any problems.

It is located close to the highway. Beach is very clean, peaceful and not much crowded. It has a beautiful view of Windmills on one side & Vivekandha statue on other side. One can take bath as well.

This is one of the finest beaches in south India. Unfortunately, or fortunately is an unknown beach. There is one small petty shop at the entrance and the beach is absolutely spectacular. Waves are not too dangerous, but you need to be careful as there are no lifeguards or any support systems. This beach is also an example how poor the tourist infrastructure is. Highly recommended go there early in the morning or evenings so you can spend a few hours in the beach
