One of the best experiences of stay and food. Sharath and his team are absolutely outstanding! Friendly and welcoming! We are having a very good experience during our stay! Food is homely (you need to tell them the way you want i.e spicy or light, they'll make it accordingly.)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I stayed at Prince Land Hotel for a couple of nights. It is located next to the National Park, great if you are planning for a safari. My room was simple yet spacious and clean, facing a nice garden with outside sitting area. The staff was really friendly, they helped me with everything I needed including the planning of the safari. Shamant, the owner, is passionate about wildlife, you can see his wildlife photographs on the walls of the hall. He gave me personalised tips on how to spot the big cats. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

After visiting Madhumalai forest during the afternoon we headed towards searching hotel where in most of the hotels the food was not ready, luckily The Prince Land prepared delicious food within 20mins. We ordered Fried rice, Jeera rice, Paratha, Chapathi, Gobi manchurian, Baby corn manchurian and Chicken kebab all were good, which we didn't expect initially. If you're passing nearby and looking for tasty food do visit The Prince Land.

Sumanth’s (owner of this property) passion and love towards nature is really amazing. It is a sweet surprise to know that we both are working for the same company. We really had a very nice time during our stay (with delicious homemade kind of food both veg and non veg and campfire)

Had a wonderful experience. The quality and quantity of the food was very good. The rooms were very neat. Every staff took a very good care of us. Also the environment was clean,spacious and pleasant. The accommodation is good. Beautiful nature. Lots of place to park your vehicle. I highly reccomend you guys this place.

We stayed in Prince Land for 3 nights and 2 days.... and it was an excellent experience

1) Staff hospitality was excellent
2) Food: breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent
3) Clean and hygnic rooms.
4) The manitanance of the property is excellent
5) There is a horse named Lucky, a sweet dog named Zooby , rabbits and pegions... : They add a lot of character to Price Land stay
6) definitely value for money.

This place is one of the best stay I have ever been... this stay definitely brings you closer to nature..

The property was really awesome.. am sure this is the best place for food in Bandipur with a very reasonable price.. Staffs were very friendly...and they have horses,rabbits and pegions too which made our kids getting more excited and was having a nice time..

Located very close to Bandipur TIger Reserve, Mr Shamanth the owner was very helpful in arranging everything we required before we reached. the rooms were neat. Toilets were clean. Food was good.

Its a good place to relax and work on every picture clicked during your safari (not to forget the owners of this place are wild life photographers and their work is displayed in the restaurant) and prepare for your next safari.

Good place for a lunch break if you are driving Mysore-Gundlupet highway. This restaurant is located before Gundlupet while driving from Mysore on the left side of the road. It has a good parking space. They have beautiful garden with flowers in the front. I have tried the thali here and liked it. I would recommend this place to others.

Had an amazing experience & hospitality at this "all - in - one" hotel. The feel one can get hold of is just amazing. The rooms are quite spacious and affordable too. Plus the food - pacca natty styleis just mind blowing with exceptional taste. Would definitely recommend this place for any one traveling via bandipur to ooty nor banglore. The price too is affordable and reasonably charged.

This is a new Natti style hotel opened in near bandipur tiger reserve. The restaurant can be easily spotted with its green colour paint.
They serve amazing biriyani and kebabs. You guys must try this place out it’s comes to your left hand side while going towards bandipur, it’s very near to the gate also making it an ideal place to stay as well.

It’s a great place to stay... Meals are very good and delicious...
Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained . I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners & Budget free.

It's an amazing place to visit budget friendly, place to rest and spend the night. Simply suggest you to visit this place to taste the food as that is the taste you would be expecting after a long drive and before hitting the safari.

One of the best hotel in Bandipur. Near to national park and great service. Overall excellent food and courteous staff. I highly recommend this place!
