Peaceful temple with serene ambiance the river is very scenic. Quite windy and pleasant. The presiding Deities are Sri yogananda Narasimha Swami sri Chenchu Lakshmi. There is quite a story behind the place.

The Vedadri Sri Yogananda Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple is a Pancha Narasimha Kshetram situated in Vedadri, Chillakallu, Jaggaiahpeta, Krishna District.

Pancha Narasimha shrines are Jwala, Veera, Salagrama, Yogananda, Lakshmi Narasimha. Yogananda Narasimha Moorthy conveys a sword and is exceptionally known to cure ailments. The main deity is facing West towards the river Krishna.

Very historical place, lord Brahma installed the deity of lord Narasimhadev in Krishna river just beside temple.
You can stay over night here as a deeksha and perform pradakshina with wet clothes by bathing in Krishna river. now they are not allowing to stay as it covid time.
There are total 5 Narasimhadev temples in surroundings.
Yoga Narasimhadev holds sword in his hand and if anyone is having ill health then ask pujari then he will put that sword on us and our ill health goes and becomes normal.

VEDADRI;The place which I visit every year for the immersion of statues of Ganesh &Durga matha in the festive days of Vinayaka chavithi & Dasara, it also provides free service of food during festival days,The atmosphere over the entire temple & the vedadri is beautiful, Although it is in A.P, We the people from khammam (i.e Telangana) mostly visit this place,I like this place,Hope u will also enjoy a lot.

Another very famous temple and 101 temples are there around. It is very crowdy and you need to climb 200 steps to see narshima swami svayambu and you can also touch it. Be aware of monkeys.

Had a great time...very old and ancient temple of times. Lord Narasimha Swamy resides here near the banks of river Krishna. From Hyderabad it's nearly 200-210 km and 10-15 km from Jaggaiahpet village. Lord Hanuma (Monkeys) will be seen throughout the place. There is a swayambhu Jwala Narasimha Swamy on the uphill which requires to climb around 150-200 steps. And beside to it, Goddess Chenchu Lakshmi wl reside in a small cave which was not properly viewed from distance and to enter there was only a small gap which we cannot get in. Devotees believe that Lord Narasimha Swamy was married to Godess Chenchu Lakshmi and reside here.

MUKTYALA, another temple nearby to VEDADRI where Lord Mutheswara Swamy, alongwith Goddess Parvati are famous for Hindu devotees.
