New non veg restaurant in Tenkasi with pleasant environment quality service with hygiene taste

Went there with 8 of my mates after a long day of hiking nearby. More that the good food the place was so neat and clean and I wasn't expecting such in that town. The hygiene they maintain is what you would normally expect from a 3 or 4 star place. The tables can't be more clean, floors nd walls looks mint, plates and glass all were spotless, staff members were very friendly and the food (i would say prerry much everything we ordered) was very good in freshness and taste. We got in there around 2 or 3 pm i guess and this place was just a random find. Very happy to give them an overall 4.8 star rating. They deserve it. Highly recommend the place.

Food quality should be increased, my guess is management give them all possible resource the staffs should make best use of it.
Waiter I heared him as captain for the team. He is causal and not bothered to respond to the question. Over confident thinking that the customer those who ask questions is a fool. Even though the total team have nothing to do, they have no attention towards guest. The ladies are paying big attention to guests as a captain he never came to a single table for feedback.
I was with three kids, and nobody came forward to help us for service rather than the service people were taking rest inside the restaurant.
After the meal table was not cleaned for the next course (drinks). Bill was too generated without a clean table. The cashier gave me more 100 bucks in excess during the bill settlement.
According to the ambiance and the team, what management gave, all the mentioned points can be taken care of by the team members. I felt the captain was like a robot.
The ladies are doing a pretty better job there than the two gentlemen there. Sorry if I am wrong, sir/madam
