True to its name is this place! The hosts and the team gave us lots of warmth and affection while hosting us. Since we had the entire place for ourselves, Akshara Manèy children and staff had a joyous and luxurious school trip anyone could imagine. The place is serene and idyllic location for adventure, scenic spots all around the property, proximity to Shivanasamudara was an added attraction. The food was top class and entirely vegetrarian as we had requested for. Geeta mam and others in her team were extremely sensitive to the children's requirements and tastes. We stayed for two and half days and its was emotional good byes for us when we left. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness towards children. Hope to meet you soon again!

Rooms are spacious. Food can be cooked according to your taste buds. Place is just a short hike away from a hydel dam on the river Cauvery.
Lots of wildlife spotting (mainly elephant/ deer) especially at night fall or at dawn. Clean air to breathe.. Only main challenge, if you haven't requested for food to be cooked there's nothing substantial that you can get nearby after 7 pm

Stayed there for one night with friends and families. It’s a beautiful place in lap of nature. If you want to enjoy nature and the life in a farmland, you must visit the place. The caretakers are very helpful with nice attitude. They will make you feel comfortable in a very simple life with comfortable foods and warm hospitality. Please don’t expect luxury as those arrangements could have spoiled the essence of the place.

It's a beautiful place close to Bangalore, good for friends or families outing during weekends. The homestay is a bit isolated, in between farmland, very close to the Shimsha river, cum and quite... At least you can see a clear night sky without any light pollution.

I loved the hospitality, the rooms were specious, the food was fresh and tasty. They have a lot of space around for a camp fire, barbeque or evening party. The sunset point from the homestay is just 15 mins walk, it was amazing. They have basic indoor and outdoor games.

I must recommend to ki visit this place, if you are a nature lover, you should love this homestay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Green Peace Bheemeshwari Homestay during my bikepacking cycling trip to Bheemeshwari and Muthathi, and I am thrilled to share my experience with fellow travelers. This homestay, nestled in the heart of the lush countryside, provided a perfect blend of comfort, serenity, and warm hospitality.

Location:

Nestled in a quiet area near the bank of river Shimsha, the Green Peace Bheemeshwari Homestay offered a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Walking through trails, greenary all around, bachelor's den (for camping) and sunset point was a definite highlight, allowing for leisurely morning walks and evening strolls.

Hospitality:

The host Ms. Geetha, was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment we arrived, they ensured we had everything needed and even provided suggestions for local attractions. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.

Accommodation & Amenities:

The room was spacious and inviting with its soft bedding with blankets and ample natural light. There was enough space for parking as well. Room had TV, AC, multiple charging points, cupboards and geyser in bathroom. It was clean and well maintained. The homemade food provided was really delicious and healthy.

Overall Experience:

My stay at the homestay was a delightful experience overall. The warm hospitality, serene location, and clean accommodation combined to create a relaxing weekend escape.

I look forward to returning for another relaxing stay.

A perfect getaway place for the people who want to experience peace and tranquility. Rooms & tents are well maintained, hospitality is really good, they serve basic, yet tasty home made food (both veg & nonveg). There are less explored waterfall and a dam attached to the property, which makes it a worth visiting. They offer activities like Fishing, Archery, Tractor ride, Jeep ride, Indoor & outdoor games. Swimming in natural pond is one of the must do things here.

The food at this homestay is a real delight. They offer homemade dishes bursting with flavors and made with lot of care, providing an authentic and delicious dining experience. Very reasonably priced and short sub 2 hr travel from Bangalore.

We had our apprehensions while reaching the place, but it was a private property and hence got a bit of an assurance

Then were skeptical about the place, but were satisfied after entering the room..

And trust me, when it's night you have the most beautiful view. You get to see some amazing stargazing and if you are lucky,, fireflies as well. It just feels like a no man's land and that's just amazing. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Green Peace Homestay is a true gem for nature enthusiasts seeking both comfort and adventure. At just 113km from Whitefield, BLR the location couldn't be better, with easy access to Ganalu Falls, Bheemeshwari, and Muthati.

The mouthwatering home-style food was a delightful treat after a day of tiring cycling in the nearby off-road trails and forest roads.
I had an unforgettable bike packing trip at Green Peace Homestay! The sprawling 60-acre farm with its stunning sunset point and picturesque landscapes left me in awe.

The hospitality of Geeta mam, our gracious host, was truly heartwarming and made us feel right at home.

I would highly recommend this homestay for nature lovers, family trips, office retreats and of course bike-packing.

Located surrounded by scenic view a very cool and calm place to spend time to relax.
If you are adventures you can undertake long walks around.
There are waterfalls nearby but was closed while we visited. Check it out, worth a visit.
If adventures there are off roading roads leading to the waterfalls, as well as a dam nearby.
The property as such is located inside a banana farm and is beautiful.
The food is homely preperation and well served. It has to be ordered in advance. The staff is courtious, very warm and adjusting.
You could explore lot of places nearby too in a radius of 15 km.

Visited recently with family for an overnight stay. Enjoyed every bit of the stay and hospitality.

It was a wonderful experience staying at green peace! The views surrounding the resort was just so beautiful. The stay was good, the food was great. The owner , Ms. Geetha was so accommodative with all our requests, since we were a group of 30 people. The sunset point inside the resort was just breathtaking .
If you are looking for a place to stay around Bheemeshwari, look no further.

First of all the food is delicious and so homely. The veg was actually better than non veg.
The rooms were clean and hygienic. Overall a great place to relax amidst nature for a weekend getaway.

Be it friends or family its a very nice place to enjoy and have fun. Good food, neat rooms and beautiful nature throughout makes it a very joyable vacation and relaxing locality.

My overall experience at Green Peace Bheemeshwari homestay was phenomenal. The reasons for this is as follows. 1) The location of the homestay is just a 2.5 hour drive away from my house in Bangalore, which makes it a very convenient place to go to for a short getaway weekend trip that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 2) The home is situated in the midst of a 20 acre farm land, which in turn is in the midst of forest land, thus making it the perfect location for a quiet and peaceful weekend away from home. We would be woken up in the mornings by peacocks calling and the diversity of birds in the region is vast. Also, there are various spots to which one can trek to (a dam and a small waterfall). These locations are just a few kilometres away from the house. 3) The food served at the home-stay in incredibly delicious homemade food. The coffee in particular is a must try! 4) The host Geetha is extremely friendly and accommodating. She takes the trouble to ensure that the guests are happy and satisfied. 5) The home itself is new and extremely clean and tidy. I particularly enjoyed the view from the terrace of the house which is usually cool and windy and overlooks the farm and the nearby hills. 6) Another nice thing about the place is that it is quiet close to the Bheemeshwari jungle camp. So on one of the weekends, one can go there to enjoy boating on the Kaveri River and do other fun activities. On the route to the camp we came across several wild boars, a spotted deer, two jackals and many wild monkeys. I would definitely recommend this place to people who would like to spend a quiet weekend away from (but not to far off) from the city.

My only pet peeve was the lack of internet connectivity through both Airtel and WiFi. However, it wasn't too much of a problem since the whole purpose of my weekend getaway was to have a quiet and peaceful time away.

First thing which comes to mind when you see this beautiful place is "Greenery". They have given so much importance to this point that you can see plants literally everywhere and this is the reason this is a zero pollution place. And you will get to see beautiful views of Sunset/Sunrise from the top of the building (check the clips). Best part is it is just 2.5 hours drive from Bangalore and once you enter, you will get lost in forest kind of environment. You will enjoy walking, jogging, cycling, nature trails etc.

Excellent place to unwind! We stayed for two nights and three days on the 2018 new year weekend and we're blessed great views of sunset and sunrise both between the hillocks surrounding this place. Close to Mutthati forest and Basavana Betta forests.

Property is a beautiful pomegranate farm within the Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary limits. Loved the Offroading trails (Jeeps are arranged by the property owners on prior request for additional charges. I had my own so could explore more around the property and jungles adjoining the property) around the property that takes one to unexplored riverfronts, canals, gorges and rock formations.

Lastly, the place is couple friendly, secluded, peaceful and extremely calming. The hosts are wonderful and take care of the requests made by us/visitors. Good basic homely food is provided at very reasonable rates.

So, I shall stay a regular visitor
And recommend folks to go Bonfire!!
