Family restaurant! I absolutely adored it! Will be coming back again, not for camping but to the restaurant.
Staff was amazing and welcoming. Mr. Luca and his family are amazing hosts and cook delicious food.
Friendly to mexican/American tourists. Good prices, food served promptly and warm.

Absolutely the place for a perfect bistecca fiorentino we found. The service is su web, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a family run so everything that comes out of the kitchen has their name on it and it doesn’t disappoint. We plan for at least one dinner there every time we’re in Tuscany.

We travelled to Naples, Rome and Florence experiencing some of the finest Italian cuisine we could. Far and away the best we enjoyed was found in Fiesole at a campground of all places. This family run restaurant offered a stunning view of Florence and the best food we had on our two plus week trip! The service was great, the view outstanding, and the food was only outdone by the charm and hospitality offered by the family! If you’re in Florence I highly recommend you make your way to the top of Fiesole to experience what we did!

Amazing location. Great food and one of the best Bistecca Fiorentinas we ever had. Family owned and perfect service. We know this place for several years and they were always great. Don't read old reviews, as there was a different management. We really are into food and 5 stars are highly deserved.

We have a gorgeous pizza and wild bore pasta here. The wild bore pasta was much better than one we ate earlier that day in Florence. Also very reasonably priced.
The staff were extremely friendly and helped us day our next day in Florence.

For several years we have holidayed in Tuscany and Northern Italy.
This time we have chosen to have a week's holiday at the Village Paronamico campsite in Fiesole.
The campsite is located high on a mountaintop with a unique view straight down into Florence with the dome roof of the cathedral as a natural center point.
The square's restaurant, The View, is run by the Cappellini family.
Here, 3 generations have come together to serve both genuine Tuscan food and a unique atmosphere to the guests.
The food is local top class, simple and well prepared!
This naturally includes good wines from the local area.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is charming when the grown children serve the father and grandfather's deliciously prepared food, while the mother organizes it all.
This is true Italian cozy atmosphere, which makes one completely relax and enjoy the good life.

We had a large group and turned up without booking but despite this, we were looked after with amazing food and fantastic service. Could not recommend highly enough and ran by lovely people!

What a great place to eat out! The most loving and kind family that will always be up for a chat or help you look for Ibuprofen when in need - food is great, for as always very good prices! Also nice for a Spritz at the pool. Cannot wait to come back!

We had great pizzas and a nice bottle of wine from a very friendly server. Honestly I don't really understand the bad reviews below, might be based on the old management. Anyway, my advice is to just go! Enjoy the panoramic view and the good food.

Very delicious pizza! Really enjoyed our stay here. The resraurant had such a good variety of pizza and it tasted sooo good. The staff was also super nice. I can't understand the bad comments so far, so I just had to write one myself :)

Breathtaking view

Haben es sehr genossen; Essen ist top. Pizzen sind sehr lecker. Die Leute sind mega nett und wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Espresso schmeckt auch. Sicht auf Florenz ist herrlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Splendido! Consigliato. Abbiamo girato tutto il giorno a Firenze e siamo rientrati su Fiesole molto tardi , l'idea era di andare a mangiare in centro a Fiesole ma erano quasi le 21 e i ristoranti al completo. Decidiamo di rimanere nel camping e rimaniamo piacevolmente sorpresi. Pensavamo di dover rinunciare ad una bella fiorentina e invece ....allego foto della magnifica signora bistecca, abbinata ad un ottimo Chianti bio !!.Le bambine hanno mangiato un buon e abbondante primo. Accoglienza magnifica , servizio perfetto. Location imperdibile con vista di Firenze . Ci torneremo senz'altro

Le restaurant de camping a complètement dépassé mes attentes ! Niché au cœur de la nature, c'est une expérience gastronomique unique. Les plats créatifs et délicieux sont préparés avec des ingrédients frais du terroir, apportant une touche de luxe à l'aventure en plein air. L'ambiance rustique du restaurant crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration. Si vous voulez ajouter une touche de gourmandise à votre expérience de camping, The View est l'endroit idéal pour le faire !

Il bello di sentirsi a casa, ci è piaciuto il microclima familiare, la simpatia e la cordialità di tutti , ma il fratello più "piccino" al bar (sempre sommerso da ordinativi .. :-) ...) a lui va tutta la nostra comprensione, perchè quelli che lavorano non sono mai in evidenza, ma lui è un grande "piccino" ed un giorno..! emergerà dalle stoviglie grondanti di spritz e cappuccini e griderà a tutta Fiesole la sua vittoria !! Si ! Basta con le tazzine e gli aperitivi...solo acqua naturale a temperatura ambiente, e senza limone. (cribbio !! ).
A parte gli scherzi, si mangia decisamente bene, sia i primi che la carne dei secondi eccezzionale!! Il vino non delude affatto anzi la scelta è di qualità.
Consiglio a tutti grandi e piccini.
