Nice park- good for a picnic. Easy walk to the statues- free parking across the street. Free entrance. Several bathrooms- good visit.

Beautiful park to chill and relax. Except for that beautiful giant statue there is not much at this park as most of the statues were moved to the boboli gardens. The park is free! So that is a huge plus and next to a cute restaurant that has a great view of Tuscany hills.

We loved the park, it was calm, wide, beautiful, non-crowded and FREE! It's a little bit on the exterior of Florence but the public bus transport has a circuit that can drive to a 5 min walk from the park entrance.

A really nice park, it's open April through October but we went in by accident while gates were open for maintenance and the employees were still helpful and friendly.

There's more than just colossus here as well and the grounds looked fantastic even in winter.

Pratolino park! I fell in love at first sight🧡
Friday morning's park was very quiet and peaceful. *checked the green pass at the entrance. Unfortunately, I can't go again for a while, but I'll definitely go back to next year's reopening.

This is a forgotten gem. It was wonderful to visit (free!) and to stroll around the gardens with lots of shade available. The colossus is amazing- I wish it was possible to go inside. The lake with Indian lotus flowers was stunning.

This park was amazing.
Our whole family truly enjoyed it.
Parking was super easy - plenty of room for our mini van. It's safe as well, right across the street from the entrance to the park.
We came on a Saturday morning around 11 and park was practically empty.
It's free and we got the map to easily find our way around.
You don't need a lot of time to see the whole park. We were not in a hurry so it took us 2 hours to enjoy its beauty.
Highly recommended if in Firenze.

A paradise just out of the city.
It's a green place with a lot of history, inside you can see the most magnificent statue in the world, the Gianbologna's Giant, the incredible Cupido cave, and the Villa Demidoff building.
Absolutely perfect for a bike ride, just a few minutes far from Florence city centre.
Check out florencebiketours.it website to discover how easy is to book an all inclusive guided bike tour in the park or in the Florence city.

Quite a bit of walking so prepare for that but otherwise very pleasant. No charge to enter so thats a plus as well

Fabulous park, with impressive historical remains. Absolutely gorgeous setting, 15' from Florence, along the historical road leading to Bologna. Account for a full day if you want to see it all without rushing. Great for a family outing with children, who will enjoy discovering the many grottos and historical features. Plenty of 'fontanelle' ie free drinking water taps, so no need to lug with you tons of silly plastic bottles. The biggest disappointment is that entrance is free (and so is parking) - paying a ticket would be perfectly reasonable and would help paying for the enormous upkeep. In the UK you'd easily pay £50 for a family ticket, so most people would be prepared to pay something to see such a beautiful place.

Piece and quiet when you need it!
Beautiful park a little outside of the city, which makes it a perfect gateway from the chaos.

It is an amazing wide park rich of hidden statues and artificial grottos.
Highly recommended with children and dogs but an absolute paradise for couples willing to spend a day under the sunny sky of Tuscany in the fresh shade of ancient trees.

The Park itself is nice, but not spectacular. But the statue of the giant, wow!!! Totally worth having a stroll here, just for that.
