Beautiful place, great food. There is a terrace surounded by forest and a small river flowing by; the main building is a stone rustico. We ordered almost everything on the menu, there are many traditional dishes with a slight spin.

Beautiful 3 course menu with options so good it is hard to choose. They make their own wine, delicious. The restaurant is nestled into a babbling stream.

Lovely place in the woods! 🌲 English was not a problem at all and we received a very friendly welcome. There was no more free space but we were not sent away. A place was prepared for us on the roof terrace.

The food comes very quickly! Everything was translated and explained to us. The food is homemade - the pasta dough is delicious and light! The ravioli in walnut sauce is excellent. I ate the best panna cotta with caramel sauce of my life! We will be very happy to come back when we visit Italy again. 💚🤍❤

A hidden gem on the countryside well worth a visit!
One of the best restaurant experiences so far during our three weeks travel through Italy. The entire place is as genuinely Italian as you can get it, from the food to the atmosphere and service located at a beautiful old mill.
We had several of the pasta dishes, and were not disappointed :) The ravioli with pecorino was our favorite, but all of the dishes was amazing.
We can also recommend the local red- and white wine.
We had panna cotta for dessert, and this was the our only minor disappointment as it didn’t taste as homemade as the main courses.
The chocolate cake was moist and amazing.
The waitresses was very professional and charming. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this. The welcome from the owners was amazing, the food above anything we have had in 5 days and unbelievably reasonable. We couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome, with plenty of time spent exposing the menu. The antipasti was a delight as were the pastas and the mixed grill. Make sure you leave room for the hazelnut cake

Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the region. Authentic, simple, delicious dishes. The home made Ravioli with eggplant filling was super tasty. The service was also great, friendly and helpful staff.

It was our second time in Vecchio Mulino and it was again an extraordinary experience. The food is delicious, prepared with care and high quality ingredients. We love the friendly stuff and the family like vibes. The restaurant has a unique location, surrounded by greenery- very peaceful and romantic.

Best food I've had on this Italy trip. The restaurant is situated among stunning mountains - it's absolutely picturesque. The food is exactly what you would expect from a rustic Italian menu of the highest quality. While there are choices, you sort of get what the chef is cooking that day. A truly amazing experience.

however, if you didn’t starve for several days, or not used to eat A LOT, i would suggest to just go for the 25€ menu. starter and pasta was more than enough, getting some meat for main course made us really suffer, we were too full.

Perfect combination of wonderful location, service and food. Quality is excellent and the prices very fair. This was our favourite restaurant in the area and we will definitely come back!

What can i say about this place, that has not been said, this is an amazing place, the food is fresh, the staff is lovely, the wine was also really good, it seat on the mountain, and you feel at home from the moment you walk in. I can recomend it 100%
