Attended a wedding. Lovely atmosphere and great service. Intimate place for a celebration with many areas for different parts of the celebration. Enjoyed the affair immensely.

Beautiful views of the bay, big old green park with roses, statues, branches to relax and enjoy the day or take a stop to slow down, breath and admire the sea.

We discovered this beautiful garden by chance, while visiting the San Giacomo di Corte church. The garden itself is worth exploring. On top of that, it offers a stunning view of the ocean and the town of Santa Margherita Ligure. Perhaps the best kept secret is the cafe right at the entrance of the garden. The food and coffee are good, and the servers are so warm and friendly. If you wish to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town life, do visit this garden for some quiet while enjoying a beautiful view over a cup of coffee.

The Villa is owned by the Municipality of Santa Margherita Ligure and it is where the civil or Symbolic wedding celebration will be performed.

VENUE DESCRIPTION
This magnificent 17th century villa features a beautiful park with marble statues, exotic plants and flowers, breathtaking views of the sea and the coastline and its gardens are the perfect spot for a very exclusive welcome cocktail and wedding reception.

The palace was originally a fortified castle built on the ruins of a roman fortress. The ruined castle was demolished in the 17th century and converted in an elegant villa, in the twentieth century it became a Grand Hotel where nobles and aristocracy spent the summer holidays. Nowadays this elegant villa is a prestigious venue and hosts important cultural events – also used by the local municipality to hold exclusive civil wedding ceremonies and banquets.

Several elegant halls are available for your Wedding reception. Rooms are decorated with oil paintings and impressive stucco works, magnificent chandeliers and marble floors. From the hall windows you can admire the beautiful park and the harbor of Santa Margherita. Various halls are available for small or large weddings.

WEDDING CEREMONIES
Catholic ceremony at walking distance and Civil and Symbolic weddings can be arranged at the Villa or in its park.

WEDDING RECEPTIONS
Many are the rooms at the Villa - both on the ground or on the first floor - that could host your Wedding reception, and your event can move from one room to the next based on the characteristics of your festivity.

The Foyer Room has a great acoustic, the Vaymer Hall, once considered the family dining room with its impressive paintings and venetian chandeliers, the Genoese Terrace with its elegant marble floors, the Vietri Parlor and the magnificent Stucco Hall – only once we know the number of guests we will be able together to give a rhythm to your Wedding celebration. It is also possible to have the Welcome cocktail on the terrace outside.

The Wedding reception will be catered.

Music and dancing allowed.

No accommodation on site.

Open all year round – although our suggestion for the area is to have a wedding celebration from late April through October.

Amazing hidden oasis with large palm trees and amazing small quiet corners. The old statues add to the overall ambience. Enchanting!

Beautiful, lovely gardens. Walking through the gardens is very tranquil. Going when the massive azalea bushes are in bloom is worth planning for.
