Had an incredibly lovely stay here. Thank you to the front desk for making our stay very special and providing us with lovely comfy scented beach towels for our daily swims and for helping us with our baggage up the stairs. The air conditioning was a treat and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Nice breakfast with view overlooking the port included.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. In the heart of Portofino, just steps away from Portofino Bay. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the bay. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. We had breakfast each morning downstairs. There was a buffet that few choices, but was tasty. As in many places in Italy, it is a challenge to park and get your luggage to your hotel. In this case, as we left early, we were able to park all the way down by the bay and load our luggage just feet away from the hotel. Great restaurants and shops all around Portofino Bay.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and the location in the centre of Portofino is pretty special. That’s what you’re paying for - that and the service, as all the staff we’ve dealt with have been polite, professional and good humoured. The rooms are generally quite dated, although to put it into context the hotel next door apparently charges 5-10x the price so on that basis I can’t complain too much.

I have stayed there for 9 years and feel like I am going home every September. We are looked after so well . And all staff are like friends . Mr Nicola is so welcoming and you can tell it’s a family business.. we see the same staff every year which is so lovely . Highly recommend this Hotel . Can’t wait to go back .Chris Roberts London

Me and my wife stayed one night at the hotel, great location and clean, my wife forgot some jewelry at the hotel and when we arrived florence noticed. Once we contacted the hotel they responded very quickly and they were very interested to post us the box and they posted to my address. Very friendly staff.

Unbeatable location for the price. Excellent breakfast. Great staff. Very clean and decent sized room. Recommended. Also, email them to book - they can beat the trip advisor pricing.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit en août 2023 et nous recommandons à 100%. Rapport qualité prix super. Un personnel adorable. Une chambre confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner face au port. Très bien pour profiter de l’emplacement en plein cœur de portofino et tout faire à pieds.

Décor sobre et élégant ( peut être changer le parfum d’ambiance qui est un peu trop marqué)

L'hotel si trova a pochissimi metri dalla piazzetta centrale di Portofino, nota che rende ottimale la posizione.
Camera pulita, hotel nella media.
Il titolare e il personale sono davvero gentili a soddisfare ogni richiesta e indicazione.
Ho usufruito anche del loro sconto con il parcheggio principale di Portofino che mi ha fatto risparmiare parecchio.
Hotel consigliato, ci tornerei se dovessi essere dalle parti di Portofino.
