Hotel - Residence Calanica

We have just got back after a week at this glorious hotel. The location and setting is beautiful. The rooms were great, a little small for us 4 but worked really wel. The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. Located within a 20-30 min walk to the shops, restaurants and supermarkets so absolutely ideal. We would definitely go back!!! 100% recommended

Unusual but very nice free-standing palapas. Beautiful setting, walkable to town, but pleasantly away from the tourist crowd. Great staff and individual attention. Nice meals.

Wonderful place but the pictures don’t do justice. It’s much prettier than what you see on the pictures. The staff were great. Hard to find with Google Maps as it takes you down the wrong path. The location is amazing and the beach is stunning. The only downside is the food as it’s touristy. Everything else was simply amazing.

It is paradise on earth. The location is more than beautiful and the staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. Everything is super clean and the food and drinks are very tasty. To sum it up, it was one of the best weeks of my life. Thank u Calanica Team

A lovely relaxing place , staff can't do enough for you, house staff clean bungalows everyday. Perfect spot over a quiet bay, recommend shoes for the rocky sea entry. Anybody with mobility issues will struggle with the hill side terrain. Restaurant at resort very good 2 behind it also fantastic. Walk into Cefalu again not for the faint hearted but rewarding once there.

Lovely intimate place to stay. Definitely on the list of places to go back to. Staff were very friendly and the bungalows are great. The private pebble beach is a little harsh on bare feet, so do take some sandals.

Calanica is a lovely place to spend a few days. The property is perched on a cliff overlooking the breathtaking Sicilian coast. The bungalows are comfortable, breakfast is generous, and the staff is gracious and attentive. I would highly recommend staying here, as it's a great place to relax and very convenient to the charming town of Cefalu.

Wonderful view , amazing round thatched individual bungalows. Very friendlyl staff .Private cove , decking areas on cobble beach from which you can really enjoy safe swimming.

Nice little resort, beautiful setting with such friendly staff. Great area for swimming and decking for sunbathing. Alternatively, Cefalu beach is about 15min walk away.

Die Zimmer Bungalows sind clever, geräumig, sauber und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet..
Die Anlage ist durchdacht und sauber, auch wenn hier und da wieder etwas Farbe, Schrauben und Ordnung nötig wären.
Das Personal ist IMMER freundlich und bemüht Wünsche zu erkennen, bevor diese ausgesprochen werden.
Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich, sehr gut sortiert, frisch und einladend angerichtet.
Die Mittag-/Abendessen bieten für jeden Geschmack das Richtige und kommt schmackhaft samt einem freundlichen Lächeln auf den Tisch.
Hier fühlt sich jeder einfach wohl und möchte länger bleiben.
Wir kommen wieder ❤.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine de vacances à Calanica dès notre arrivée nous avons été époustouflé par le cadre, la vue de cette hôtel! Magnifique! Si vous voulez passer des vacances tranquille sans la foule des grands hôtels je vous conseille de venir ici...un havre de paix. Par contre c'est que du dénivelé, si vous n'arrivez pas trop à marcher ou si vous n'êtes pas 1 peu sportif passez votre chemin car les bungalows sont à flanc de falaise, pour aller au restaurant, à la plage, sortir de l hôtel il faut toujours monter des marches, des pentes. Chambre top! Cuisine un peu moins sans trop de goûts je vous conseille de prendre que la demi pension et manger à l extérieur. Cefalu est à 30 minutes à pied en marchant par le bord de mer. Un magasin alimentaires se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Pour information aucune animation à l hôtel, ni à la piscine, ni à la plage ni au restaurant. C'est vraiment repos repos. Les serveurs et le reste du personnel sympa.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo piccolo angolo di natura. Situato in una calanca, l’intero residence ha una sola regola: relax.
Tutto è volto al relax. I camerieri disponibilissimi, lo staff tutto sempre aperto ad ogni richiesta e la qualità del cibo è a dir poco eccellente. Dal primo attimo ci siamo sentiti a casa, ci hanno trattato come se fossimo di famiglia ed è stato bellissimo. Non credo sia adattissimo alle famiglie perchè la spiaggia è sia sabbiosa che composta da piccole pietre, inoltre non c’è animazione, insomma vi ripeto, non è a mo’ di villaggio ma di vero e proprio resort. Ogni Bungalow è immerso in questa parete rocciosa che si innalza. Sono tutti ben collegati mediante delle scale, un po’ ripide ma piacevoli da percorrere proprio perchè la caratteristica di questo posto è questa, essere immerso nel verde e nella roccia. Il mare è stupefacente…Limpido come uno specchio. Tramonti mai visti. Solarium e piscina molto carini e sileziosi. Il Bungalow nonostante sia relativamente piccolo è molto ben organizzato con letti comodi e cuscini comodi e anche un piccolo angolo cottura con microonde e piano ad induzione. Cos’altro aggiungere…? Che sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché siamo stati veramente da Dio. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia scegliere il Calanica come destinazione. (Si trova a circa 3km da Cefalù centro ma armati di un po’ di forza di volontà ci si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi)

Location incantevole situata sulla costa di Cefalù, con bungalow molto confortevoli, che offrono una privacy e una tranquillità impagabile.
Il ristorante all'interno del resort è eccellente. L'unico problema di questo posto è che quando ci entri, non usciresti più!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Oktober dort und würden sofort wieder kommen. Die Bungalows waren super sauber, funktional und für 2 Personen ideal.Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen war mega lecker und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Als reinen Strandurlaub würde ich es nicht empfehlen, aber wir hatten die 2 Wochen ein Auto und haben die Gegend erkundet und uns unseren eigenen Strand gesucht! Für Kinder finde ich es auch nicht empfehlenswert, da der Strand mit den Steinen und Klippen doch recht gefährlich sein kann. Im Bungalow kann man das Sofa als Stockbett umfunktionieren, aber platzmäßig ist es für mehr als 2 Personen eherau klein. Gut zu Fuss sollte man tatsächlich sein, da es sehr viele Treppen gibt und auch teilweise sehr steile. Also alles in allem eine super schöne Anlage, mit wahnsinniger Aussicht, dem Meeresrauschen in den Ohren und absoluter Ruhe. Wir hatten ein Bungalow ganz oben in der Mitte und es fährt immer mal wieder ein Zug hinten vorbei. Man hört ihn, aber er ist sehr kurz und auch schnell wieder weg. Tatsächlich überhaupt nicht störend.... Pool ist eher etwas abgelegen, hinter der Rezeption, am Eingang der ganzen Anlage und angrenzend an ein Restaurant. Fand ich etwas seltsam, aber wir sind sowieso keine Poolgänger :-))

Einfach traumhaft! Schöne und gut durchdachte Bungalows mit wunderschönem Meerblick, kristallklares Wasser, sehr gutes Essen und freundliches Service überall! Und es ist hier wunderbar ruhig und abgeschieden obwohl das Ortszentrum nicht weit entfernt ist. Für Ruhesuchende ideal!
