Club Med Cefalù - Sicily

Beautiful, serene upscale resort! We found the food selections rich and varied. The staff was helpful and friendly. The grounds were pristine and beautiful. Best of all, the atmosphere was very restful. Plenty of activities when you are well rested. What a spectacular treat this resort is!

Amazing vacation destination! Excellent service the whole stay. The main restaurant is phenomenal buffet-style dining. The water is clear and beautiful down by the beach and deck area. Golf carts easily available to transport you around the resort. Thank you ClubMed!

One of the best place in italy 🇮🇹 to enjoy the nature and have fun! The staff is top and super friendly. Really recommended and the food top league. Advised to take a room with sea view and enjoy! Good for couples you will be 100% satisfied

Club Med is a guarantee. The staff was friendly from our arrival all the way till we left. The resort is beautifully kept. The pool and bar area are amazing. Plenty of food choices for all you meals and the secluded private beach is one of the best place I’ve seen. Bravo!

One of the most beautiful Club Meds I've visited.
The facilities are stunning, the food is great, and I have to give a big shout out to local team and Luca the GM.
During our stay there were some forest fires in Sicily, and this caused black-outs and some strong smoke at times, but him and his team were able to always check on us and make the experience very pleasant, even during a difficult week.

The resort is beautiful and propose many different activities.
The rooms are amazing always very proper and the GO team is always smiling. The General Manager Luca is always there, very kind with a lot of energy!

Gorgeous property, designed to blend in with its very special natural setting in an environmentally friendly way, while providing all the creature comforts you would need. Admittedly we are big Club Med fans – and Cefalu blew our minds. Yes, it is more expensive than other resorts, but everything is so much better: from the village infrastructure, room amenities, impeccable meals and coffee, bar with the best vibe, wonderful Sicilian bands playing live music on most nights, it was all perfect. And best of all the fabulous Sicilian staff, always genuine, kind, smiley and helpful. Well done Barq for leading such a brilliant team so ably.
We loved every minute we spent in the resort but we also wanted to explore the vicinity. We walked a few times to Cefalu town (a lovely 40 minute walk on the seaside promenade), and found it full of life, history, gorgeous views and interesting shops. We also took advantage of the fairly gentle hikes to the nearby Sicilian countryside; the guides (Vittorio “with the beard” and Gaetano, both of whom are CM contractors and not GOs) were extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable. What a joy walking on a mountain breathing in the Sicilian scents! I wish I could give this Club Med and Cefalu more than five stars; the reason is because, for me, it is the kind of place that touched my heart and I know I will simply have to be back.

This club med is by far one of my best experiences in recent years: immersed in a landscape of stone and greenery, we spent a wonderful week in this small fishing village.
The buffet is excellent: various choices of dishes and desserts: from Sicilian specialties to fresh fish every day, to pasta cooked in front of us. The rooms are superb and the bed very comfortable.
The staff is very attentive to our needs, with a special mention to Luca, the manager of the animation team, who was always available and smiling during our stay.

Amazing stay at Club Med Cefalù

The Resort is very beautiful. Located in an amazing and calm place of Cefalù but still close to the wonderful city center.

Our Viletta room was amazing with a breathtaking view.

There are so many activities that it’s impossible to get bored. We had the opportunity to take very nice fitness courses with Julie! An amazing G.O that helped us burn so calories (much needed having in mind all the good food and good drinks you can have at the resort)

We also took some time to enjoy the sea and paddle lessons with the amazing Massi, a very nice G.O. Lover of the sea and its beloved region.

Julie, Massi, you’re both amazing persons!

We will also love to thank, Alessia from the boutique, Ines working at the front desk, Chiara from the Spa, Samuel and Riccardo the tennis instructors, Yassine working at the bar, Charles at the restaurant and of course Lorenzo and Luca, the sports and entertainment managers that were always present.

Very grateful for the Amazing G.Os and the G.Es that make Cefalù an amazing Club Med Exclusive Collection Resort.

Food was excellent.

The resort is beautiful. Beautifully situated, brilliantly integrated into nature and monuments. The view of nearby Cefalu is amazing. Very well-kept resort. The restaurant "Il Palazzo" is world class - you could book dinner here once a week. Next to that there is a great main restaurant "La Rocca" that makes great food. Great atmosphere and in the main restaurant and bars - thank you Jasmina for discovering my similarity to Anthony Hopkins and a lot of smile 😊 Thank you Vinzenzo, Filippo and the dozens of cheerful people we had the pleasure to meet there. Great staff, superb location, the buffet restaurant is so good, definitely the best all inclusive restaurant I've been to, loads of delicious seafood and traditional ingredient dishes.
The 14 year old in the group was a bit bored it's not really suited for kids like some other places we've been.
If I had to find something to complain about, don't bother with booking a table in the exclusive restaurant in the old building. They tried to hard and failed. Out of the 3 courses I had only the starter was OK. They charged money for the wine, poured out all the white wine at the start, followed by the red. I had seafood. I could go on. Other guests I spoke to agreed with me.
The other thing was the litter near the hotel, of course not the responsibility of the hotel and if they read this, get on the the local authorities about it. They're letting you down when you've all done such a great job.

It's a bit tricky this one...
On one hand it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen let alone stayed... It's magical in so many ways, I can't even decide where to start...
The villas are roomy and comfortable, but the views are not as you would expect in all of them... Pick your villa carefully and understand what's the line of sight.
One of the main problems with upscale venues is the older age groups... Club Med should work harder on appealing to younger crowds... And perhaps more globally... It sets a certain atmosphere that, well, doesn't always work...
The facilities are awesome and maintained properly, the Spa was nice but the product selling attempts were a little too much...
The food was a problem, for me that is, lack of vegetables, salads, and over all spiciness in the food... So much effort but a huge miss...
The new Chef the village H. Was as charming as you could possibly imagine, took care of all guests request and did his best lighting the nights 😄, as he just started, and the GO team is forming, I can only assume in a few months the place is going to be amazing...
I'm sure to recommend and return.

My stay at Cefalù was nothing short of amazing. The resort offers breathtaking views of the Sicilian coast, luxurious accommodations, and a variety of activities like paddling, sailing, and even archery that kept me entertained throughout my stay.

The highlight of my trip was definitely the incredible nautical sports team. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Eden, Gal, Tidhar, Antoine, Massi, and Jo for their professionalism, friendliness, and passion for what they do. They truly made our stay unforgettable.
