Un edificio storico che ha avuto varie vicissitudini, che è stato sede del Senato di Cefalù e in seguito Municipio sino al 1934. L'attuale Municipio si trova in Piazza Duomo, l' edificio storico è in attesa di un restauro, su Corso Ruggero a piano terra si trovano i locali dell'ufficio turistico.
Meriterebbe di essere restaurato perché è il simbolo della città libera.
