Hotel Alberi del Paradiso - Cefalu

Great location if you don’t mind the walk up the hill! The hotel also has a minibus but with all the good food they offer I needed the exercise. Being high up gives superb views and a pleasant breeze in the evening. Rooms are compact but well thought out and the shower in the en-suite is great.
We made use of the spa which was good but only one therapist working so we had to go one after the other not together, which was a slight inconvenience and made it feel less like a treat and more like a therapy.
I’d come again, if I came to Cefalù again, however although I can’t see anyone being disappointed by a visit here there are too many other distant horizons calling for this to jump back on the list.

I recently completed and 18 day driving tour of Italy and Sicily. This property is one of my favorites. The staff was fantastic, very welcoming, and helpful. Parking there was easy and covered. The walk to the historic downtown was relatively easy. Also the Restaurant offered great service and good food. I would stay here again without hesitation.

My stay at Alberi was just wonderful. The garden is absolutely beautiful and every detail is selected and groomed with love. I had tennis lesson too, the tennis court is just right there. I got a massage right after at the spa. Very convenient. Overall, the hotel is a little paradise. Thank you for pampering me.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the service is pretty impeccable! My husband and I just stayed here for 2 nights of our honeymoon and wish we could have stayed longer. We had dinner one night and it was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we had the entire trip - they have everything, even a juicing station. I highly recommend staying here in Cefalu because you can walk to restaurants, shops, the beach and it is tucked away in this lush, quiet paradise with an amazing spa, nice little gym and gorgeous pool. We will be back!

My wife and I had a lovely time here. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent- Julia and the team were so friendly and helpful. The pool area is delightful too - so tranquil up in the hills surrounded by trees.

We didn’t know a lot about Cefalù or the hotel prior but were blown away by both. Getting to the hotel takes a little getting used to but it’s very worth it. The staff immediately takes care of you, while you wait for your room they bring you fresh juice and come out to personally go over hotel details and nearby information. We are gluten free and they even let the staff know so the minute we gave our room number for meals they were ready to go with alternatives. HUGE shout out to Julia & Mateo(sorry if I spelled that wrong) but both were front desk, Mario (bar), and really all the other staff we got to know/interact with. The location was perfect but the staff made our honeymoon extra special. I will say it is not on the beach, only some rooms are seaview (the Mountain View’s are great) but if you’re looking for something in particular this is definitely up the hill.

Rosanna made our whole stay very pleasant. She was friendly and attentive and tried to provide prompt solutions to our requests. I like the pool too, but in mid-Apr it's still too early to fully enjoy the pool. Room condition was fine while the view was beautiful

We concluded our two week trip in Sicily at this lovely and charming hotel. The facility and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the rooms spacious. The staff is friendly and professional with special thanks to Rosanna and Giulia at the front desk and Lorenzo at the restaurant.
The hotel is located at a distance from the city center and the beach down a fairly steep set of narrow roads.The walk down is doable but the return may necessitate a taxi for the less intrepid ,especially after dark.Overall , the nicest hotel we encountered in sicily.

Great staffing is the standout of this gorgeous hillside hotel. The cheerful front desk always had an easy fix for our Sicilian travel challenges. Giuliano, Rosanna and Mateo were a big help with our phone interpreting one day to our local family in nearby Calatafimi. They helped directing us to a local car rental and as well as other resources for our weeks long road trip through Sicily. Lavish breakfasts included an orange juicer (unfortunately out of commission for a few days) and a vegetable juicer. You will not find a better hotel breakfast anywhere! We cannot say enough good things to say about this hotel. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach, Que Bella!

Alberi del Paradiso is a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast is SO good, with so much to choose from fresh delicous strawberries, ripe melon, plenty of cakes to newmade pancakes, eggs, bacon, cheese and you get to make your own newly squized juice from Sicilian oranges. The pool area is so nice, clean and great sunbeds. And wonderful garden and tennis court. Great rooms.

And above all, so friendly staff, to the front desk, to Mario, to the guy who dared us to throw oranges from a distance in the juice machine (he is joking, don’t do that).

We stayed during a week in the beginning of may. The walk to the beach takes 15 minutes (uphill on the way home so take a taxi if you have bad knees or lack of fitness 😅) - they have a buss/taxi during high season.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpfull . Mr. Hospitality Allesandro in the dining room is a star. He deserves a reality show.
The location on the mountain is fantastic enough parking space, beautiful garden and swimming pool. Breakfast was great.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff. This hotel is like a gem in Cefalù. It’s very peaceful with beautiful landscaping. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is superb.

The staff are wonderful, special mention to Fabio and Vincento in the restaurant. Food was excellent and attention to detail was exceptional. Also, special mention to the maitre'd who expertly organised his team. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great, great place. Bed was the most comfortable I slept in during 2 weeks in Sicily. Pool is great within like bubble-massage chairs in the pool, very cool. Staff is INCREDIBLY friendly, so helpful and so polite. Breakfast is amazing with lots of options. Hotel is a 15 min walk to historic center. There a shuttles to the beech (public) and reef club (private). The only thing I need to mention is that there was an odd smell around the pool and entrance area. It bothered me because I have a sensitive nose, but the rest of the experience was so lovely it was easy to quickly forget about it. Great place, fully recommend

A wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are the best I’ve ever experienced- the service in all areas was second to none. The hotel decor in public areas is beautiful and the pool equally lovely. Room /s ( we had two due to fault that was not immediately repairable) were excellent with comfy beds and in our case sea views towards Palermo.
It is a short but steep walk down steps into Cefalu ( great town) which might impede some but was certainly more than manageable for averagely fit. Restaurant food was great too as was the service.

Fantastic 4 nights at the hotel. The front desk was excellent and accommodated a room change for us which made all the difference! The breakfast was great, and so were the staff, they were quick and very friendly. The hotel was clean and had beautiful music in the evenings. Beautiful pool, access to the other hotel & calette beach/reef club was well worth it, very relaxing. Would recommend to family and friends 100%. I would make a point to visit this hotel if I travel to Sicily again, overall a wonderful experience, thank you!!
