Sicilia Rent a Car

We had great experience with this provider during our stay at Sicily before the main season. We borrowed Fiat Panda for few days and everything was fine. And I have to acknowledge very good customer approach. Definitely recommend

We hired a car from Sicilia after we were told that we didn't need a credit card for booking or to leave a deposit.
It was such a straightforward booking when you compare it to other car rental companies.
The price was €35 per day which is also so much cheaper than others and they accepted cash when we arrived.
Nino was there to pick us up from the airport when we landed even after all of our flight delays. He is a super laid back guy who is very easy responsive to messages and is also flexible, allowing us to keep the car for an extra day.
I can't stress enough how easy it was to deal with Valeria and Nino and I would recommend their company in a heart beat.
Don't pay silly prices for airport rental, choose these guys... They are the best.

Very good service. The car is delivered to you in Trapani or Palermo. Prices during high season are cheaper than usual airport car rentals.
I had an issue with the car, and they were promptly able to help and to give assistance.

Came to Sicily for 10 days in June and used SicilianaCar. Nancy was very helpful and communicative and the overall process to secure the booking was easy! There was a sudden change of plans on our trip that meant we had to cut it very short, SicilianaCar were very helpful, agile and understanding to our situation and gave us a credit on the remaining unused days - we will be back! Very friendly communication, good prices and pickup the car in the airport was during a night (3 am) The car is in the good condition. Our flight had delayed about 1 hour and smth, but the car waited for us all the time with stuff for handovering. During drop off the car my eldest son forgot some stones "from Etna" :) and the company promised to send it to us to Czech Republic. Ms. Nancy was all the time 24/7 in touch with us on WhatsApp during our visit on Sicily and was very helpful. Thank you for your service. Artem.

Cheaper price, better service!

From the begininng until returning the car, Nancy was extremely helpful and friendly. She is literally a star, her English is much better than anyone else I have talked in Sicily.

Even after my flight is cancelled and I went to Palermo 3 days later than planned, they didn’t turn me down and updated the plan accordingly.

When I arrived to Palermo, I couldn’t find the internet so couldn’t reach out to them but they found me and moreever Roberto led me to drive Castellammare Del Golfo.

The car was very clean, one of the best I was given.

Wypożyczyliśmy wraz z dziewczyną piękną żółtą strzałę, zadbaną i czystą. Wszystko odbyło się bardzo profesjonalnie. Dużym plusem był brak kaucji oraz konieczności posiadania karty kredytowej. Świetny kontakt z pracownikiem wypożyczalni zarówno przed jak i w trakcie użytkowania samochodu. Mieliśmy jedynie problem z kluczem, który utknął nam w zamku bagażnika, jednak właściciel wypożyczalni, bardzo szybko zorganizował nam mechaników, którzy w kilka chwil uporali się z usterką. Wszystko to w super atmosferze.
Polecamy wszystkim serdecznie tę wypożyczalnię.
