The outstandingly delicious food, the gorgeous
and flower-filled view from our table on the veranda, and the international “oldies” playlist had me smiling the entire meal and to top it off, we were waited on by the two most cheerful and welcoming people. They also have a cookbook section full of recipes from all over the world. This is the place for people who are curious about cuisine, and who adore beautiful places and happy people. The stuzzichino appetizer, the lemon pasta, the chimichurri beef were all incredible, and we can’t wait to come back and try more!!

My partner and I had an excellent dinner here one night mid dec 2023. We were able to walk in with no booking. Their room is warm and we loved the brickwork. The food was excellent and we tried new things (like the Sicilian style panelle). Very nice owners too

What a wonderful place with an incredibly high quality food. The restaurant owner is an amazing human being who has entertained me and my wife with his experience and passion. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to go back to try the others recipes. Wonderful experience.

Little gem tucked away in Florence and just enough out of the city to get away from tourist crowds. The owner is marvelous and has a real charisma about him! We appreciated that he even bothered to help us get s taxi back by calling it for us. Would highly recommend the gnocchi as well as the pasta Silician with orange and lemon rind- so unique and scrumptious ! Defiantly try the Parmesan pudding starter too!

I read about this restaurant in Helena Attlee's "The Land Where the Lemons Grow". It is a bit pricey but the quality of food, wine and service is absolutely top notch. For fans of the book: when I was here for lunch, there were a few citrus-inspired dishes to choose from.

I highly recommend pairing a visit to this restaurant with Villa Gamberaia, which has a beautiful limonaia.

A very nice little restaurant with a beautiful small terrace from where you have a view over the surrounding hills. The service was really really nice and personalised and the food was delicious. We had gnocchi, tagliatelle and the tartare and everything was fresh and tasty. Also the deserts are wonderful, above all the torta di pistacchio alla ricotta and the torta al cioccolato con salsa piccante. The wine offer is really impressive and you can choose the appropriate wine with each dish. The place is also very good for those who want to eat gluten free because for instance the gnocchi are made without flour. Definitely worth going there.

La Sosta del Rosselino is situated in beautiful Settignano in the hills around Florence. The family owned restaurant offers a wide range of carefully selected italian wines, presented with knowledge and good taste. The food is delicious, made with local products. Hors d'oeuvre, primi piatti and main courses coming in perfect shape from the kitchen to the cozy dining room where a wood-burning fire place on cold days holds a crackling fire. Being only 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus (No. 10) from Florence the visit is mandatory.

A wonderful restaurant we stopped at during a self-guided wine tour. The food and wine pairings were delightful and everything was reasonably priced!

Posto elegante ben illuminato ed arredato, ci sono tanti libri che si possono anche comprare. Il servizio è educato ed attento, inoltre scambiando qualche parola ho saputo che padre e figlia lavorano da sempre lì, la passione quindi per la cucina è garantita e si vede nei piatti proposti e nella esecuzione degli stessi, buonissimi gli gnocchi al castelmagno e i tagliolini con vino abbinato. Il conto alla fine è giusto per la qualità offerta. L'unica pecca è la presenza di diversi moscerini intorno alla tenda nell'angolo della stanza.

Questa enoteca è una perla rara. Nel delizioso paese di Settignano. Tutto è meraviglioso. Accoglienza, ambiente, atmosfera, musica, piatti proposti, servizio e selezione di vini tutto perfetto. Il cibo è buonissimo, sapori delicati e perfettamente bilanciati. Menzione speciale per gli gnocchi da campionato mondiale!

Bellissima serata,ottimo il cibo e il vino.
Caponata ai carciofi e quella alle melanzane, gnocchetti buonissimi,poi bistecca spettacolare con patate arrosto e dolci in quantità accompagnati da rum,passito e altro...non economico,ma la qualità si paga e vi assicuro c'è tanta qualità.
Meglio andare una volta in meno a cena fuori,ma quando andiamo almeno stiamo bene😂😂🔝🔝

Bellissimo pranzo in famiglia. 5 stelle al cibo perché curato non solo nel gusto autentico, ma anche nell’ estetica! Piatti siciliani e non solo, molto graditi. Piatti di carne saporiti e delicati. 5 stelle al servizio perché il proprietario è un gentiluomo d’altri tempi, incanta con la sua passione per il cibo. 5 stelle all’ambiente, dalla terrazza si apprezza tutto il bel verde della collina Fiorentina. Originali i colori nell' arredamento. Atmosfera romantica e tranquilla. Torneremo!
