Fantastic place, amazing food, pricey though. It was recommended to us by the receptionist in the hotel we stayed at and it didn’t disappoint! You have to try the cheese soufflé! 🤤
We had a great lunch, friendly staff.
2 weeks later we returned again, on our road trip and I tried their ricotta gnocchi which is different from the traditional gnocchi but an absolute gastronomic experience! A must try!

Great lunch stop. Local dishes, fair amount of choices. We had gnocchi, ragu, and the pasta of the day. Plus some bruschetta with a variety of toppings. Our guest was impressed. The food was rich and flavorful, fairly priced. Service was fast and friendly.

Literally an Amazing place! It is a restaurant but also a winery at the same time.

Located near by Saturnia hot springs, The place is so lovely,romantic and ideal for a date!
The owner promotes Saturnia and Tuscany region so well, knows is stuff and really takes the time to explain everything you need to know about the food and the wine😋. I recommend you to make a reservation before but if not possible a good tip would be to get there for the opening time( 7:30 pm) since most of Italian people dine from 8pm.
Highly recommend the soup and Sliced red beef: soooo good! Wanted to taste the Mushroom soup but unfortunately it wasn't the season for it. However the traditional mixed vegetables soup is also delicious 😋.

The staff and food are amazing! Very attentive to patrons. The food really does speak for itself! This is by far the best restaurant we have eaten at in Italy. The beef in red wine sauce is truly devine! Alberto the owner is wonderful! Will definitely be coming here again! Highly recommend everyone try it!

Delicious! TOP. Having just reopened, we opted to have our lunch instead of dinner here. Incredibili piacevoli cameriere- Service was quick and friendly. We shared the Bistecca Fiorentina, and it was DELICIOUS! The hot lava provided the possibility to sear it a hit more if you preferred. Don't forget to drizzle a little olive oil & add salt, which elevated the flavor! We finished our lunch with a lemon sorbet, coffee and Grappa. Perfetto!

We had one of the most amazing meals in Italy so far.
Every single dish from appetizer to desert was top notch. Without a doubt, you will be happy you chose this location for dinner.

Alberto was incredibly informative and kind with helping us chose our dishes and wine. We already reserved for tomorrow’s dinner.

We started our dining with the La Caccia house appetizer. It consisted of three delicious forms of pecorino cheese; Crisps, wedges, and a unique souffle with a molten interior. Our Primi main course was the Maremma tortelli (ricotta and spinach ravioli) with beef ragout locale. and the pappardelle with wild boar ragout, Both were exquisitely prepared, and tasted delicious. We also split a very nice house mixed side salad before finishing with the house speciality dessert of the day, which was lemon creme brulee. We enjoyed both greatly. Also the atmosphere was quaint and authentic. A great find!

The ricotta gnocchi is a bite of pillow soft umami heaven finished with fresh black truffles. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere so charming… such a delight when we were having trouble locating an open restaurant on a Monday.

Amazing florentine steak! The meat is matured to be soft and juicy and served with grill plate to bring it to perfection all as you like! One of the best steak experiences in my life!
The staff is super professional and welcoming and they sincerely want to give you the best, like they would cook for themselves :)

We stopped in for lunch and it was the best decision! The special that day was rabbit with roasted potatoes and it was AMAZING. Also, the chickpea and mussels soup was delicious. So happy we found this restaurant during our time in Montemerano.

Stayed in town and had actually gone somewhere else first but the staff did not feel welcoming so we wandered off and found Trattoria Ristorante Enoteca La Cascia and we’re glad we did!

Immediately we felt welcomed and were seated right away although making a reservation might be best. The house wine was perfect with our meal. My partner had a pesto pasta and I had the wild boar pasta, both were very flavorful and if we had stayed in town longer would have been back for more.

If you’re in the area and thinking of coming here, do not hesitate to do so!

The most amazing restaurant experience ever. The food was insane the best tasting ricotta gnocchi truffle ever, can't stop thinking about it. But beyond the food the people and the service. Mirna was the most loving and welcoming host so caring going above and beyond. Walked away feeling emotional on how amazing our experience was. The highlight of our Europe trip after travelling all the way from Australia. Mirna and the other staff(didn't get their names) were the sweetest people. She even gave us shots of spirits after we had paid as a digestive. I can't quite describe the feeling after leaving, happiest feeling. Please visit here you will not regret. Fabulous food and very friendly staff! I loved the ricotta mousse with berries, their soup (with spinach, tomatoes, onions and a poached egg) and their snail soup. Next time we're in the area, we are definitely returning.
