Trattoria Verdiana

We ended up at this place by luck after sent away from the restaurant across our hotel and we are so glad we did. The food was absolutely the best we had during our one month Italy road trip. High prices but definitely worth every bite and the complimentary stuff also made up for the end bill. Everything fresh, 0km products, prepared to perfection, the cats and dog around also just gave a unique vibe to it all. It was my birthday and when we ordered dessert they all came out from the kitchen sing happy birthday to me 🥰❤
The home made bread and cheesy potato sticks (if I understood it right) were absolutely die for and the 0,75l local beer with a cork was both surprising and soooo good.
We came back the next day and then 2 weeks later when we were back at the area one more time again. Only disappointment that this last time they didn’t have the home made bread and cheese sticks anymore (maybe as season ends they don’t make it anymore) and the sliced bread they serve in the brown bag were not fresh at all.

It was one of the best meals we had on our trip to Tuscany. Do not miss the dish of tortellini stuffed with pigeon (Tortelloni con Ripieno Di Piccione), and the grilled meat is delicious!

Plain and simply this is without doubt one of the planets best restaurants! It was literally Tuscany food heaven! The best Italian food I’ve ever had and we had the best night! The family that own the restaurant were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have done more to make our night even more special! Everything grown on the land too! If I could give more than 5 Star I would! Bravo!!!

We had duck with pears, penne with cow sauce and an antipasto based on vegetables. The presentation and the quality were top.

Bonne cuisine avec un bon accueil, avons pris tortellini au pigeon et les polpettes à la tomate, c'était délicieux.
Avons eu en plus avant de commencer un sorbet à la tomate arrosé d'huile d'olives, c'était spectaculaire en bouche, merci

Ottima location, poche pietanze ma giuste con ricercatezza.
Dal menù direi che alcune pietanze buone ma il prezzo è pò troppo alto per l'offerta.
Riguardo ai vini per il posto mi sembrano esagerati, basterebbe molto meno.
Conlusione direi che ne vale comunque la pena andare, ottime le Pappardelle al cinghiale bianche e non solo.Un complimento ☆☆☆ va alla titolare per disponibilità ricercatezza delle materie prime €€

Toskana pur. Der Service perfekt. Das Essen, es ist nicht nur „einfach“ essen…es ist eine Lebenseinstellung! Wer die Toskana liebt wird hier glücklich. Was hier aus den Zutaten und Lebensmitteln gemacht wird ist Liebe zum essen, liebe zur Region. Preis Leistung ist perfekt 😍 Danke für diese Offenbarung der Toskanischen Küche…bonissimo.

Toscana pura. Il servizio perfetto. Mangiare, non è solo "solo" mangiare... è uno stile di vita! Chi ama la Toscana sarà felice qui. Ciò che viene fatto qui dagli ingredienti e dal cibo è amore per il cibo, amore per la regione. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto 😍 Grazie per questa rivelazione della cucina toscana...bonissimo.

Abbiamo appena trascorso 3 giorni in agriturismo a Saturnia ed i nostri pranzi li abbiamo fatti in questa trattoria che abbiamo trovato speciale. Piatti supremi, ma in modo particolare abbiamo apprezzato la qualità dei prodotti e la cordialità della cuoca che ci ha letteralmente coccolato

Il miglior ristorante che ho trovato in questa settimana del nostro viaggio tra chianti e maremma. Tutto molto molto buono. Spero di tornare presto. Grazie!

Il ristorante migliore deve io sia mai stato in tutta la mia vita!
Sono venuto qualche mese fa ed eravamo una quindicina di persone tra cui qualche amico dei proprietari.
Gli ingredienti dei piatti vengono raccolti, cacciati, preparati il giorno stesso, incredibile!
Dopo una pietanza esclamavamo un “wow” che si faceva sempre più forte ed emozionato ad ogni piatto.
Mi sono sentito davvero a casa, coccolato dal camino acceso e dalle luci soffuse che emanavano le candele, per non parlare del buon gusto con cui è arredato il locale.
Spero davvero ti tornarci presto!

Se si viene in Maremma non si può non andare alla Verdiana. Sergio ti accoglie come se fossi a casa tua. Materia prima di primissima qualità. Annarita, la moglie, in cucina una super chef. Antipasti, verdure e primi spettacolari. La carne eccellente. Bravi bravi bravi

Una trattoria Toscana classica a conduzione familiare. Ho manguato molto bene. Ci hanno coccolato in ogni modo. Abbiamo assaporato una genuina cucina Toscana e bevuto ancora meglio. Se passate da quelle parti passateci, ne vale assolutamente la pena. Prezzi asolutamente in linea. Dimenticavo hanno un orto pazzesco e le verdure hanno un altro sapore.

Bel posto, accogliente, luce soffusa e camino acceso... Le porzioni giuste anche se il conto è un po fuori per quello che si è mangiato... Consiglio se si vuol far bella figura con la propria ragazza. Ottimo

Eccellente! Non fatevi ingannare dal basso punteggio di alcune recensioni, dovute forse alla scarsa affabilità dei proprietari. Abbiamo provato 4 primi e 4 secondi differenti. Uno più entusiasmante dell’altro! La selezione di formaggi fantastica. Insomma se volete mangiare molto bene, in un contesto accogliente e gradevole, non potete perdervi questo posto.

Sergio e Rita sempre bravi, piacevoli, amanti del loro lavoro!! Il loro cibo è di qualità e rispetta la tradizione..il tutto annaffiato dalle bottiglie speciali della cantina di Sergio!!!

Wir wohnten im Hotel nebenan und haben an zwei Abenden hier gegessen. Es gibt hier toskanische Basics sehr wohlschmeckend zubereitet. Kulinarisch sicherlich ein Highlight unserer Italienreise. Auch der Wein: ausgezeichnet. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, wunderbare Bewirtung … man sollte aber reservieren, denn das Lokal war ziemlich ausgebucht. Auf den ersten Blick erscheinen die Preise etwas hoch, aber die Qualität ist eben richtig, richtig gut. Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, wie gesagt.
