Bestes Schweinenackensteak der Region: saftig, weich, angenehm intensiver Geschmack, aromatischer Fettanteil und schöne Mamorierung. Und das Rindfleisch ein Traum: zart, schmilzt im Mund, saftig und sanft im Geschmack mit leichten Milcharomen. Mmmhhh. Die hausgemachte Salsiccia schmeckt köstlich intensiv nach hochwertigem Fleisch und feinsten Gewürzen.
