My friend told me this is a Perugia local franchise. They serve sausage patties made out of beef on a special local bread (he called it pizza). It's a pleasant deviation from traditional Italian cuisine. You should give it a try if you are visiting Perugia.

Si mangia benissimo in un ambiente molto bello. La. Torta al testo è eccezionale. Parcheggio adiacente il locale. Consiglio vivamente di provare questo locale. Prezzi ottimi con sei euro si mangia una torta al testo farcita con una bevuta.
