Staff are very welcoming
Food is very good yet missing salads in the morning, just to ask the waiters.
There is a 5 minute walk uphill for the closest slope (connects to the whole area).
Ski Bus stops right in front of the hotel but its timetable is not reliable at all (independent service, not related to the hotel).
Rooms are really nice, yet we were missing some minimal kitchen appliances (no tea/coffee in the room)

We stayed in this hotel for one week and enjoyed it so much! Rooms are clean and spacious, pools for kids was wonderful, service and staff excellent , but the best service was the restaurant. The restaurant staff are so friendly and there for you always, if you’re wanting more food , fantastic with children and they accommodate your needs always. They go above and beyond. Excellent coffee and the wide variety of food is incredible and so delicious!
This hotel backs up to the ski slopes and ski depot which was a bonus for us, so we didn’t have to cart around our ski gear. Fantastic location.
We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay here while on holiday skiing, the hotel is very warm and clean, the staff are very kind and helpful and the food supplied as part of the half board is fantastic. They love to feed you so you’ll never go hungry at your stay, the food quality and variety is also great.

I would definitely recommend staying here as would happily stay again on a future trip.

The young guy at reception (perhaps the owners son?) was incredible, always happy to help with a smile and spoke perfect English, he really made us feel welcome.

This is a fantastic 3* hotel. Children (5 & 7) were happy in the play area, food was locally inspired, room was large and comfortable and the hosts were lovely. The hotel is located close to the ski fields, with plenty of outdoor summer activities in the region. The hotel has an intimate small mountain chalet type feel while retaining the services of a larger hotel. Wonderful!

As a 3 star hotel, it is fantastic!
Food could be slightly better, but there is nothing bad with what they offer now.

Great for families and other visitors.
There is a shuttle from the hotel that goes to the main ski lifts, so walking in ski boots is not a worry. (ski equipment can be stored in the garage)
Friendly staff, that are willing to help you however they can.
As the whole town is not too big it really does not matter what hotel you stay at, everything is in walking distance.

Siamo appena rientrati dalla vacanza e posso dire che il soggiorno è stato bellissimo: i camerieri sono tutti super gentili, lo staff accogliente, le camere apposto e il cibo ottimo. Grazie 🤩

Siamo già stati due volte e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale gentilissimo, struttura bella e dotata di tutto ciò che serve , ottima qualità del cibo, animazione con Filippo proprio speciale e posizione ottima . Torneremo certamente

Breve soggiorno in famiglia per il ponte dell' Immacolata.
Hotel confortevole situato vicino alle piste d sci, ambiente familiare, proprietari e personale gentilissimi e molto disponibili.
Camere spaziose, pulizia impeccabile, cibo ottimo e colazione abbondante.
Bellissima esperienza.

Fantastyczny hotel z wieloma atrakcjami dla dzieci. Pyszne jedzenie i pomocna obsługa. Dwa kroki od wyciągu.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia qualche giorno al Ponte dell'Immacolata, ci siamo trovati ottimamente !!!! Personale gentilissimo, ambiente molto pulito, chef straordinario !!!! Torneremo sicuramente.

Tutto bellissimo la zona piscina ,sauna ci è piaciuta tanto!!

Una sorpresa. Ottimo cibo, accoglienza calorosa e disponibilità. Belle camere molto spaziose, tutte con doccia. Poi dall' albergo si accede quasi direttamente ( dall' albergo bisogna fare una scala e si accede sulle piste, con relativo negozio di nolo) alle piste da sci. Perfetto per una famiglia con bambini. Consigliatissimo.

P.s. io ci sono andato i primi di dicembre, quindi in bassa stagione, ma i prezzi che mi sono stati praticati, sono ottimi.
