Refuge “Corno d’Aola”

One place on my bucket list that's lived up to its reputation. Nice place to visit.

Best goulash soup ever. Hot, dense and meaty. With a mountain view. Don’t trust the 1-star review close to this one. It’s not Norbert. It’s Janusz in disguise.

A very nice and cosy place in a panoramic point where the view stretches from Passo del Tonale.down to.the whole Alta Valle Camonica. Several seats outside and inside and a large proposal.of dishes and salads (recommended!).
Can be easily reached by chairlift from Valbione lake (itself served by a chairlift from Ponte di Legno) or by a nice trail. The descent from Corno D'Aola to Valbione is a 50min easy walk (and then about 1h more to.walk.to Ponte di Legno).

This has excellent views to the mountains and Ponte Di Legno. I had big portion of tasty tasty Carpacio, water and 1dcl of white wine for 16 EUR.

1 star is definitely not deserved

Very pleasant staff, good fast food, very good hot wine.

Lovely bar with great views.

Beer the same as anywhere else but tastes better with good views.
