Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting all-inclusive resort in Italy. The pool is a true oasis—crystal clear water surrounded by lush landscapes. The culinary experience exceeded my expectations; every meal felt like a journey through Italian flavors. While the location is a bit secluded, but it was only a short cab ride to Monte Edna or Taromina , it also providing a peaceful escape compared to other crowded location we had visited . My only wish was for more live music. Overall, a delightful stay that left me rejuvenated and totally happy with the experience

Where to begin?
Wonderful hospitality, super food with great choice , not just once but ever day. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. The room was modern with a wonderfully large comfortable bed. Shower was great.

The gardens are beautifully manicured.

All staff are attentive and work very hard non stop.

There seemed to be great camaraderie. Well done x

All these reviews hold an element of truth , its just a case of what's important to you.

Yes there was smoking, we moved inside. Yes the music could be loud but not all day and easily escapable.Yes the beach is pebbles, stones and rocks.... buy water shoes !!!! Lol we didnt but it didn't in anyway spoil our stay. We would however have looked less silly hobbling into the water but hey not important. People watching makes us giggle as I'm sure it does others. So as i say pick whats important. Maybe the hotel could sell them??

The two lady cleaners room4104, exceptional. Orazio the maitre and his team in Sicania buffet restaurant efficient and well organised . Mabel for her warm welcome and wonderful smile. Caramelo and khalil for our lunchtime dates and super attentive service .
Is it 5* ?...I think so x

The hotel is really nice, clean, cozy and has a very good cuisine. Our room was clean, large with well-working air conditioning, water, cattle and cups also were there. I also liked a balcony there and restaurant inside for breakfast and do - you will find all what you like and eveb healthy balanced meal too.

The hotel has a direct exit to the sea, which I found convenient and prefer the sea water compared with pool water. No doubts in pool they desinfect water, no smell and it's clean, but for me personally the sea water is better.

Friendly staff and Wi-Fi are there too.
Taxi might be an issue especially in hot weather - they have to provide it without 1 hour and more delay. Otherwise you just burn under the sun. Or you have to come up something because in Sicily there is no covered stations or places.

I really enjoyed my 15 days at the Grand Palladium Naya Collection hotel from September 19 to October 3, 2023.
I stayed in a comfortable bungalow with a big terrace under pine trees.

Food at the main restaurant was excellent and miscellaneous.
If you like meat, the El Dorado à la carte restaurant is a treat.

The beach is not that great with grey sand and lots of stones, but if you have coral reef shoes, you can enjoy swimming in clean crystal sea.

The gardens of the hotel are wide, well maintained and beautiful. There is always a quiet area with sunbeds under palm trees to relax.
I regularly participated in sports activities proposed by the entertainment team. I was fond of 2 particular activities: Body Wake Up with @Nathaliya in the morning and Yoga with @Iryna in the late afternoon.
Shows at night were of good quality. I particularly appreciated the dance shows and the amazing gymnastics aerial silks and hoop shows by @Iryna.
The Voyamar correspondent @Flavien was at our disposal during our stay. He was very helpful, registered us online for our flight back to Paris and gave us a lot of good tips about the hotel and the worthwhile excursions (Etna&Taormina, Aeolian vulcanic islands, Palermo and Cefalú).

Overall, I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Grand Palladium for 10 days in a bungalow which was amazing and had a great beachside view. The restaurants and bars were great but overall the beach bar had the best service with drinks being made right in front of you! The people working at the beach bar (Angelica, Elisa, Giuseppe and Salvatore) were great at making the drinks and were very polite.
Overall I had a great experience at the hotel and enjoyed the food and drink very much. The water was also very clean in both the pool and sea.

The best service was received from ILEANA, she is a super young lady, full of beans and helpful. She was always smiling, nothing seemed too much. We loved the special wonderful cocktails she created for us. We loved seeing her every afternoon. Thanks ILEANA, we will miss you.

Exceptional customer experience! Amazing hospitality! Special thanks to Gabriela’s leadership and her engaged team. Thanks to Angelika and Antonio from beach bar for their always welcoming and positive attitude. The entertainment team is fabulous! Sara from kids club has tons of positive energy. Finally, all the restaurants staff are very polite, friendly and hard working. Our experience was very pleasant and 5 star!

Had a stunning week here in August. The week went by so quickly! The staff are amazing, housekeeping kept the rooms super clean, bar and restaurant staff never missed a beat! Pool and Reception staff first class, cannot fault the hotel. Don't hesitate in booking 🧡

I spent here 3 night for my best friend's wedding last week, I can only say I was impressed by the quality of structure - I believe the rooms and facilities have been recently renovated - with majestic swimming pools, comfortable spacious rooms, and common areas spot on 24h a day. The superb level of the service in all premises made our stay very pleasant, the restaurants provides a very wide range of choices of both local and international cuisines, all of prime quality - you are still in Sicily after all. Cherry on the cake the resort has its own direct access to a private beach where you can enjoy a stunning view of the sunset sipping a mango daiquiri (the best I had in a long time, really recommended ;) )

We stayed at this all inclusive resort for 4 nights in late September and had a wonderful relaxing time. If you arrive by train at Campofelice do note that there is no cab stand so do arrange your transfer to the hotel (5min drive- 10€) in advance or call the hotel which is what we did.

Hotel itself is wonderful, we stayed in one of the rooms in the main building. Very clean, of course with A/C and a mini fridge with complementary beverages.

The beach is where we spend the most time. It is not fine sand but rather coarse, as well as there are a lot of rocks in the beginning of the sea bed. Bring water shoes and a snorkel as this is an excellent opportunity to watch some fish and just have a good time in the pristine waters!

The food at the buffet restaurant in the main building was more a 4/5. There is a great variety but the flavor was often lacking seasoning and flavor. We got to try only one (Portofino) of the a la carte restaurants as there is a reservation system that was already fully booked when we arrived which was a shame. Also recommend the burgers of the “xtra time”, perfect if you are looking for a snack outside serving hours.

Drinks were abundant and selection was great. It was truly a pleasure to go to the beach bar, get an americano or a cold beer depending on the time and then walk back to the sun beds to enjoy a restful afternoon watching the Tyrrhenian sea.

Last but not least I would like to mention the fantastic service in this hotel. Everyone was very efficient, helpful and friendly, making up for a full 5 star stay.

Absolutely worth your time. Sun by the beach, sun by the pool, and great food throughout the day!!! We didn't get to try the Thai restaurant but the Italian one was of course very good. The steakhouse was excellent! We really liked the spa and got some great treatment.
Will be going back again!!!

Having experience staying at top hotels and resorts around the world, surely this was on the top of the list of best stays for a summer gateway. The perfect place with spectacular views from every corner; beautiful clean rooms with high-quality services.
Staff in every section from reception to bars, restaurants and on the pools and beach were very hospitable and they all went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and joyful.
Due to the multi-talented friendly staff, there are all sorts of entertainments for adults and kids throughout the day to enjoy from dancing to all sorts of pool and ball games.
Having world-class chefs, the foods were diverse and delicious as if you are dining in the best restaurants.
Their every night theatre shows were amazing. The highly skilled professional players have made those nights unforgettable. Their 5-star shows were completed with lots of fun and dancing with audiences afterwards till midnight which was fantastic.
I would award these staff in bars and restaurants: Vitale Rosario, Gabriel F., Angelo, Antonio, Fabrizio Fullone, Walter, Giuseppe S. in Theatre and Entertainment: Zidane, Andrea, Filippo, Paula.
So I give it five stars and highly recommend it.

August 2023: spent in this hotel 10 days with kids and we had a great time. What stands out is the spirit and approach of the staff. I can not mention all the great people working at Grand Palladium, but to name a few - bravo, Roberto and Dania from the reception, Sergio, Martina and Vincenzo from the Lobby Bar, Horatio and Giulia from the Sicania Show Cooking Buffet Restaurant, Shahida, Vitalya and Natalya from the Animators Team: you make this hotel a top notch establishment: you deliver the best - with a smile on the top. Fantastic people. Simply fantastic.

For all the athletes coming to Grand Palladium: if you are a morning runner like I, the neighborhood around the hotel is rough and the traffic busy, so better stay in the hotel gym - they will gladly open it for you even at 7.30.

However... (There is always a "however", is it not:-))) - there is a room for improvement as far as:
- the hotel beach is concerned: it could be cleaner and with better sand;
- the "a la carte" restaurants are concerned: the waiters (especially an older gentleman I had "the pleasure" to have him on my service) push the tempo of consumption to high, probably in order to "mill over" as many guests as possible. It was not fun for us and after testing Eldorado and Thai Chang once, we avoided them - the food was okay, but it was not worth of the hustle - and in Sicania we felt welcomed, with enough time to enjoy our meals - and they had Asian and BBQ themed nights too.

Lovely place, very warm and welcoming people. We stayed here for a week and the people here were very nice, always smiled and did their best to serve us from the beginning to the very end. We had a wonderful time at the resort. The hotel is almost always fully booked, the staffs work very hard to satisfy everyone. The room is very clean, the buffet and the restaurants here offer you lots of choices for all of your meals. From the drink, the food to the room service, everything was perfect. You also have 3 pools and many bars (about 5 bars I think?) to enjoy. For the transport, you can either book a taxi with the hotel, go there by train (there is no uber here so you should arrange a taxi from the train station to the hotel), or rent a car from the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone when you come to Sicily.

I can only speak in superlatives about this fantastic hotel and location. We spent there almost 2 weeks, it was just wonderful!
The staff is amazing, kind and cheerful! The rooms and gardens are clean, the food is super delicious ! The waiters are very helpful and kind. I would especially mention Giuseppe and Khalil, who are really professional and devoted in their job. They smile a lot, always giving their best to serve the guests. Congratulations! Looking forward to go back! 🙂

Beautiful large hotel. Excellent service and the food was on point as well. Always fresh and delicious. Easy parking and great beach on site.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this five-star hotel. At the heart of this delightful experience was the hotel's exceptional entertainment team. They orchestrated a medley of activities and events that not only engaged but truly captivated all the guests. No matter your interest, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Two team members stood out in particular: Christian and Ziden. Their dedication to ensuring that all guests were having a great time was awe-inspiring. Always enthusiastic, always smiling, they brought an infectious energy that filled every corner of the hotel.

If you're considering a stay here, rest assured that you will be wonderfully entertained and thoroughly taken care of. It was indeed a stay filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories, thanks to this top-notch team.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. As a coeliac I was worried food would be a problem but that wasn’t the case. The chefs went above and beyond to help me and there was plenty of choice. The morning aqua aerobics and pool games were so much fun. The kids pool was perfec The staff at the bar by reception were so friendly and always served us with a smile and lovely conversation. Thank you Vincento, Elisa and Francesco, you made us feel so welcome. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous resort with plenty of onsite amenities. Accommodation, service, and food was excellent throughout during our stay and I would highly recommend it. The only minor drawback is the location as there is no local restaurants or bars but then again when you are all inclusive is doesn't really matter so much. Cefalu is worth a visit and is only 30 minutes away, with a bus service running twice a day from the resort. All in all, it's a brilliant resort and I would recommend spending a few £s more for the signature level experience.

Our holiday was amazing!
The hotel is baby- and children friendly, however children will not disturb you, because the hotel is big.

I'd like to thank to all the staff, the service there is just excellent. Especially thanks to Sebastian at the reception - we arrived exhausted and soooo low in a mood and he was very friendly and sweet, so I felt much more better right after the check-in.
Also huge thanks to the cleaning ladies who always made our room look fresh and clean, we appreciate it very much.
The food was just from heaven, I loved it! The hotel is beautiful, I couldn't believe how pretty and luxury it is (I usually travel more low cost).
The sea was not that pretty, but thats nature, not sure if the people from hotel could do something about it - stony beach, not a very clear water. Also the location is not that great - nearby is basically nothing. However you can rent a car and go to Cefalu which is near.

The only thing they could improve is waiting time in the lobby bar. Sometimes we were waiting for someone to get our order for even 30 minutes, very often we had to go to order directly to the bar.

Also the app is nice, but would be nice to have there the option to order drinks, have it in more languages and I would also prefer to have there more info. I was not sure what is paid extra and what is included in the all-inclusive.

Many sunbeds by the pool and at the beach, no need to worry that you will not have a space.
