Holiday Apartment Colle Bertini

Just perfect! Awesome location, apartment, view, pool and hotel owners. Everything is just really great here, definitely a recommendation!!
Only hint: Rent a car! We did it without, but unless you rent a bike (which can easily be done) you really can not move anywhere. Especially if you want to explore more of the toscana a car would make good. Without a car and bike, just chilling at the pool and some wine also worked for us ;)

Great vacation retreat for couples and families. Located in the heart of Tuscany with driving distances to most major attractions of about an hour or less. We returned for our second visit in summer and are loving the AC, the pool and the scenic view.
One thing to note is the drive up to the accomodation, which can be a challenge for weak cars as it's very steep and rocky.

This a superb Location for vacation with top hosts. Nice and clean apartments. Highly recommend from me. Nearby different tuscany towns to explore an check the restaurant tastes.. 🙂

Where to start? Superb Guys working here: Michele and Luka! Location is perfect: great views, about 1 hour from Florence, Siena, Pisa. Swimming pool is perfect, rooms are clean. Highly recommended!

I travelled with my girlfriend and my little daughter of 1 year, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Everything was really great. The house is located in a strategic zone within the Tuscany, close to all areas. The apartment was big, clean and full equipped. And Fabrizio and Michele are really warm and friendly people. Wonderful holiday with great people. I totally recommend it.

This place is a find. The location in the Tuscan hills is perfect with wonderful views and good walks. The apartment was clean and spacious and comfortable with excellent air conditioning and good flow of water for the shower which also allowed good temperature adjustment. The pool was clean and inviting and wonderful with plenty of loungers to rest on. The little table and chairs under a loggia covered in sweet smelling jasmine was a great place to dine, it even had light so as the evening grew darker you could still see your dinner!

Fabbrizio and Michele were wonderful hosts, friendly and extremely helpful. With smiles and kindness they made sure we had all we wanted and more. Their local knowledge was excellent and the places they recommended lived up to the recommendation. We felt we were with friends and able to completely relax.

No complaints at all, just a super holiday in a fabulous place. Thank you.

My partner and I spent a week in Colle Bertini and we really enjoyed our stay ! The place is super clean, beautiful and the air con in the living room and the bedroom is a big plus considering the weather ! The pool is wide and clean, the view from the apartment and the garden is absolutely stunning, so romantic. The tenants are super kind and they gave us great advice about our trip. We warmly recommend this place :)

Great experience, F. and M. are wonderful and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Apartments are very clean and we found everything we needed. The view over the tuscan hills are very beautiful and relaxing. The pool is also very nice. We stayed at Colle Bertini last year and had to come back this year. We like to go back in the future.

The property is very well taken care of, clean, apartments with kitchenette is great when you don't feel like going out... Close to Pisa, Florence, beaches.... Or just stay by the pool... We had really good time, thank you...
FYI : worth to taste their own wine and olive oil, save some space in your luggage to take home...

Colle Bertini is set on an absolutely beautiful Tuscan hillside beside the ancient Via Francigena path. We visited the hill towns of San Gimignano, Montaione and Cataldo from here and it was lovely to return to the pool and the cool of our spacious accommodation. Michele is an excellent host - every guest receives a bottle of wine - and the accommodation is extremely good value for money. Highly recommend.

Everything was over our best expectations!
The apartment was ideal for families with children, in the traditional style, full equipped, very roomy and fresh, which was ideal during our summer stay. The view from the swimming pool and having dinner under the Toscana sky were unforgettable facts...
Only suggestion to improve is the bumpy path that gives access to the villa, which could be better, but it’s entirely forgivable when you get off the car and see the site.
Last but not least, Fabrizio & Michele hospitality, friendliness and great desire to help.

A highly recommended experience, a wonderful compound on top of a Tuscan hill that overlooks the fantastic surroundings that are so typical - you feel inside a postcard.
The managers Fabrizio and Michele are super-friendly, helpful and efficient with any request, and will also help anyone with planning of sightseeing.
The apartments are new, very spacious, clean and air conditioned. Each has its own kitchen, and a gazebo outside on the green lawn, there's a lovely swimming pool to be enjoyed all the time, a BBQ you can use, and even a washing machine for guests. Free parking & wi-fi complete an excellent package.
The whole place is great value for money, especially fr families with kids.
A car is a must - and the small dirt-road climb up the hill to the house is part of the rustic experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment was really clean, the pool was very nice and the view was amazing! It looked just like a painting when opening the windows. It was also very nice to have air conditioning (unlike some other appartments). We really enjoyed staying here!

This place is one of the nicest in Tuscany with an amazing view about the vineyards from the pool and the countryside. We loved to stay there and will definitely come back!! Also the hosts Fabrizio and Michele where so kind and friendly....really amazing! We stayed there for 1.5 weeks. The apartments where also very cosy with excellent air conditioning :) we would give 10 stars but it not possible :-D

Amazing resort with a feel of a Tuscany countryside, best place to stay for a group of friends or family outings. Lush green surroundings and amazing views from the stay place are breath taking. If you want to have a secluded time with the nature away from the busy city life, this is the one. Totally worth the Euros you spend. Don't forget to pack all the eatables including sugar and tea/coffee and common edibles to cook.

We had very nice experience. From photos accomodation looked a bit "empty", but we were surprised. Apartment was very clean and spacious. I always grumble on a quality of bed. This time I wanted to steal that mattress. It was nice and firm. Around our accomodation it was neat and tidy with a nice view. Location is also good, everywhere in tuscany you get in 1 hour. Fabrizio was very helpful and recommended us some places.

Unforgettable stay! The property is impeccably manicured, and the apartments are immaculately clean. Michele and Fabrizio are absolutely great hosts: they are friendly and always available, and saw to it that we were comfortable. Colle Bertini is conveniently located to reach places of interest in a matter of minutes: Certaldo, Gambassi Terme, San Gimignano, Pisa and Florence, yet it's away enough from everything else to offer total tranquility and relaxation. The pool is super clean...everything is super clean and well-maintained. Kudos to Michele and Fabrizio for all the hard work they put into making Colle Bertini a gem. We will definitely return, again and again. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay: we couldn't have asked for anything more.

A beautiful place with amazing panorama, like in a dream.
The unit was wide and comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Fabrizio the manager was very helpful with his tips, and we spent five wonderful days around Tuscany.
The only minus is that it was difficult to get there at the first night even by GPS.
