It is seldom in life when you get that lucky. For us, this unique place, the attentive host, the charm of Umbria created an unforgettable event that far exceeded our expectations… Walking into a picture, pinching yourself, and yet remanning in its frame was a magical experience for us and all of our guests which lasted for three whole days. We got married in this place and had a fabulous wedding which included many different variables that all had to work right- and boy, they did.

All of our providers were local, chosen by us with the help of Lorenzo, our host. Each one was incredibly professional and a joy to work with! Above all we would have to mention here Lorenzo himself, who’s excellence will be hard to capture in few words but to draw out just a few for the sake of this review we would mention him being very responsive, patient as a parent, easy to talk to, eye level person, always ensuring our needs were met with sensitivity and understanding, well-organized and clear in his communication.

The venue itself and the view that surrounds it are straight out of a fairytale. We examined many pictures carefully for six months before arriving, but nothing could prepare us for stepping inside. Our guests were just as blown away as we were, which validated our own experience. We had different events over a long weekend, and during one of them, we went sightseeing in a nearby town. In hindsight, we probably should have skipped it and spent the time relaxing by the pool at this incredible place.

The nearby town of Montefalco boasts a few great restaurants, its own unique wine, a grocery store, incredible alleys, and stunning views. We had our wedding day photoshoot in this town, driving a rented convertible VW Beetle. The people on the street were so nice and welcoming, adding to the charm of our special day.

What a magical place! We booked the entire property for a weekend with friends and it was incredible.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable holiday rentals based on a peaceful estate, surrounded by olive groves and vines. The pool was a great place to chill out on hot summer days. We loved visiting the goats! Lorenzo always made himself available for queries and restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to a winery with tours and tastings and the local Osteria was a short stroll with good food and drink options. Would love to come back.

We booked Fonte Sala in June for a long weekend to host our family as well as our Wedding Day. Lorenzo and the team were incredible from the start, immensely flexible with our plans, hosted our families and made them feel immensely welcome and communication was exceptional. Planning a wedding is a difficult process, but with the help of Fonte Sala we were able to make our wedding dream a reality and the quality of the service was faultless. They worked with our wedding planner and various companies easily and always kept everything to a high standard. Our second visit at Fonte Sala and definitely not the last. We had another great stay at this property. It is extremely well-kept and clean. The location is fantastic and a really good base to visit the rest of Umbria.

Fonte Sala is a very beautiful and restful place. We stayed there with our young children and they enjoyed so much. It was a very good choice for our vacation!

Un soggiorno da favola!
La struttura è immersa tra colli e vigneti, con un paesaggio mozzafiato! Il giardino è ben curato e permette di rilassarsi e godere dello splendido paesaggio. Bellissime le camere, la zona living con il caminetto e la cucina.
Molto gentile il proprietario che ci ha anche fornito preziosi suggerimenti sui borghi da visitare. Consigliatissimo!!

Location molto bella.
La struttura è immersa nella quiete di vigneti ed uliveti ed offre una vista bellissima.
La piscina è molto bella, curata e situata in una zona tranquilla (sia per chi ne usufruisce che per chi alloggia negli appartamenti, che non rischia di essere minimamente infastidito dalla presenza dei "bagnanti").
Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare tempestivamente tutte le richieste dei clienti.
L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è molto ampio, arredato con mobili di pregio, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort ed è immerso nel silenzio.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri una pausa rilassante in un luogo ben collegato a tantissime mete turistiche della bellissima Umbria.

Non potremmo essere più contenti di così! Fonte Sala ha tutto quello che serve per una vacanza meravigliosa. In primo luogo, la gentilezza del proprietario Lorenzo, sempre disponibile a dare suggerimenti e informazioni utili prima e durante il soggiorno. La signora Giannina è stata eccezionale, costantemente presente per ogni necessità e aiuto pratico. Zefiro, l'appartamento che abbiamo scelto, è bellissimo: fresco anche in pieno luglio, pulito, con tre camere da letto, grande salone, cucina e due bagni. Ogni appartamento ha un bel giardino e tavolo per mangiare fuori. Sdraio sanificate e dedicate in piscina. Tutto molto ordinato e curato. Cucina funzionale con lavapiatti. Da Montefalco è semplicissimo raggiungere la maggior parte dei luoghi turistici da visitare in Umbria. La nostra famiglia è stata davvero soddisfatta della scelta, torneremo senz'altro a Fonte Sala perché è un luogo magico.

Una location fantastica nel cuore dell’Umbria del Sagrantino di Montefalco, ideale per visitare le città d’arte e degustare vini eccellenti. Case accoglienti e spaziose, pulizia impeccabile, proprietario ospitale e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Un luogo ideale per staccare da tutto e riconciliarsi con la natura e il buon cibo. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Un posto meraviglioso dove ritrovare le energie!!!!! Casette fresce, ben arredate e complete di tutto, anche la lavastoviglie!!!! E poi detervisi, saponi, antizanzare... anche il kit di primo soccorso. La veranda immersa nel profumo di fiori di rose e lavanda e poi ua bella piscina sempre molto pulita. Gli animali poi hanno esaltato la vacanza dei bimbi che sn letteralmente impazziti!!!! Insomma un agriturismo fantastico immerso nelle colline umbre dove il relax la fa da padrone.... unico appunto, se proprio lo si vuole trovare, un piccolo scivolo e una casetta x i piccolissimi che dopo qualche bagno si stancano della piscina! Consigliatissimo.... torneremo presto!!!!!

Bellissima vista sulla vallata e le colline umbre. Accanto a una distesa di vigneti, circondato querce e ulivi. Camere arredate con molta cura a cui non manca nulla. Family friendly. A 7 minuti di macchina da Montefalco e due dalle cantine di vino 🍷 Ottimo servizio check-in, la casa pulitissima! Ci sono i duvet, che in inverno francamente sono comodissimi e i ciocchi di legno pronti per ardere nel caminetto. Speriamo di tornare d’estate! C’è la piscina....

Ottima soluzione immersa nei vigneti di Montefalco.
Siamo stati in questo agriturismo per una settimana e l'esperienza è stata davvero ottima. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e dotati di tutti i comfort inn latte gli spazi esterni possono essere sfruttati con una buona privacy.
Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile, la piscina poi è stata la classica ciliegina sulla torta.
Ci torneremo volentieri!

Lieu charmant et calme, gîte décoré avec goût, accueil sympathique, piscine agréable mais que nous n'avons pas utilisée, connexion WIFI excellente. Bon équipement général. Petit bémol : literie moyenne concernant la chambre principale (lit dur).
Information peu claire concernant l'offre de petit-déjeuner : apparemment non disponible lors de notre séjour.
Le parking est peu pratique lorsque tous les gîtes sont occupés. C'est un point à améliorer.
Suggestion : fournir une information sur les randonnées pédestres disponibles à partir du gîte.
