I had the pleasure of dining yesterday with a group of 17 friends at the "La via di mezzo" restaurant by Giorgione in Montefalco. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful, and the encounter with Giorgione was a very positive experience: a helpful, kind, and interesting person.

The service provided was excellent, without a doubt. The appetizers and first courses were delicious and truly satisfied our palates. However, I must admit that the main courses and desserts did not reach the same level of excellence.

An important tip for anyone wishing to visit this restaurant: make a reservation in advance. Given the crowd and popularity, it is crucial to secure a table.

In summary, it was a pleasant and rewarding culinary experience. I highly recommend trying out "La via di mezzo" for its unique atmosphere, impeccable service, and quality of dishes.
