We had a lovely stay at Antica Dimora Patrizia. Francesca and Flavio are wonderful hosts who welcome you warmly and are most helpful. We stayed one week and enjoyed the beautiful rooms, the delicious breakfast ... well everything! The village of Montecarlo is lovely and offers a wide range of restaurants, all accessible by foot from the hotel. Highly recommend

We had the absolute pleasure of staying 3 nights at Antica Dimora Patrizia in Montecarlo, located inside a historic building from the 1300s and filled with beautiful decorations and Tuscan charm.

This Bed and Breakfast is owned and run by the lovely Francesca, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptionally special. After the hotel we initially booked in a neighbouring town unfortunately had no air conditioning or cold water due to a mechanical malfunction, we came across Antica Dimora Patrizia online, and despite it being almost 11pm, Francesca was so accommodating and kindly welcomed us into her safe, cozy space.

She provided us with a wealth of local knowledge, such as the best way to get to Florence and where to park, and suggested nearby towns to explore in Tuscany. Thanks to Francesca’s great recommendations we had wonderful day trips to surrounding Lucca and Vinci, some of the highlights of our trip.

Francesca was also incredibly attentive to detail and ensured our every need was met during the stay. For example, when one of us was feeling unwell from a cold, Francesca delivered us beautifully prepared tea with lemon and cookies up to our room, and even asked her chef to make a hearty Tuscan soup and Tiramisu that was delicious and soothing. We highly recommend this lovely Bed and Breakfast to anyone staying under the Tuscan sun!

Our host Francesca was welcoming, informative, and charming. Her B &B had the ideal location in the cozy little Medievil town of Montecarlo, known for its smaller Tuscan wine producers, fortress, 17th century theatre, and 800 year old oak tree...the wood from which was made the magical nose of Pinocchio...so it is said😎. Our 2 breakfasts were delicious and delightful. Cakes, quiches, cereals, meats & cheeses, juice, and of course, cappuccino. We also enjoyed 2 dinners there, one prepared by our host, the other by her new Chef. We were fortunate to be there on the weekend of his grand arrival, so there was an open house with plenty of delicious finger food and local reds to savor. The room was quite comfortable for us and our lovable canine and the ambiance was first rate, even with the excess if stairs to our nicely appointed room. Needless to say, we had a wonderful stay. truly a remarkable place to stay. Extremely warm and welcoming. many short day trips. We are coming back this is the place only advice is to book ahead best place in the area! The host and hostess ( proprietors ) are super great too Bring your suit ask Flavo about the pool ;) His wife speaks six languages so it was great for us

We stayed at this delightful bed and breakfast in June this was our first visit to the town. The bed and breakfast is run by a husband and wife team `Francesca and Flavio . They are fantastic hosts and they are inviting you into their home. The hospitality is what you would find in a 5star hotel. The breakfast was first class. The rooms are of a great standard more than just a bed breakfast. I would highly recommend this property as it is in a great location , we visted Lucca, Pisa and Florence over the days we stayed. A great find.

Wonderful hosts, spectacular hotel, divine ambiance, and most importantly, quality sleeps. Five stars for the obvious perfection that this hotel strives for. All in a beautiful fortified town with proud local eateries. You won't be at all disappointed! :)

Perfect place

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni durante le vacanze pasquali.
È stata una " reunion" familiare, una breve vacanza per genitori e figli che vivono fuori casa da qualche tempo.
Il tutto è stato reso ancor più emozionante dal contesto : meraviglia della struttura e calore dell'accoglienza da parte della sig.ra Francesca.
Felici per l'esperienza vissuta.

Solo una parola Wow!!!! Se passate da quelle parti fermatevi almeno una notte non rimarrete delusi. Ottima anche la colazione con prodotti fatti in casa.

La proprietaria e la signora che collabora con lei ti fanno sentire uno di casa .
L'albergo e le stanze sono davvero molto molto belli ed accoglienti .
La colazione è strepitosa .

Bellissima villa antica a Montecarlo centro, la direttrice e i collaboratori gentili e disponibili. Ho preso un aperitivo con tagliere dei prodotti del territorio , ottimo. Consigliato

Ho soggiornato presso questo b&b dal 7al 9 settembre esperienza positiva sotto tutti gli aspetti. Nota di merito alla cordialità e medaglia alle torte preparate in casa prima fra tutte la torta di carote semplicemente deliziosa!

La dimora è stata ristrutturata mantenendo uno stile autentico ed elegante, ma ciò che colpisce di più è l'accoglienza impeccabile....e la colazione con torte fatte in casa eccezionali. È stato un piacevole soggiorno.

Palazzo del 500 meraviglioso. La proprietaria competente ed anche simpatica. Sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza e non sembra mai pesarle. Bella la stanza, comoda e pulitissimo tutto il palazzo, non solo la camera. Il Borgo incantevole dona una pace ormai rara da provare. Tornerò sicuramente sia per i miei viaggi di lavoro sia per piacere.
