We had an exceptional evening here, enjoying one of their tasting menus. It’s a bit off the beaten path but well worth a drive. The combination of Japanese and Italian cuisines was very successful and I’d highly recommend this to someone looking for a special meal that’s a bit different.

Service was very personal and engaging, despite our limited Italian.

Really extraordinary mixture between Italian and Japanese cuisine. Prices are moderate, food is really delicious and we will definitely come again.

Grande Cucina! It was not only delicious, it was a creative "cucina" served by very nice people in an romantic atmosphere in the beautiful tuscany. We will come back next time on our visit in Lucca :)

Amazing food, adventurous menu on inspection but taste combinations will delight. It is largely a fish restaurant with 4 or 5 meat menu options and maybe 1 vegetarian. Friendly service with complimentary chefs tasting boards. Also there are pet rabbits roaming free around the gardens where you dine!

Top cusine, mix tuscan-nippon. The Chef Is a very talent, fresh and wonderful fish food, to try Absolute. The location Is very beautiful and the restaurant is a portion of tipical Tuscan house. I recommend the ravioli pecorino cheese and scampi, and teriyaki tuna.

Italian food with a Japanese touch. Chef Masaki Kuroda does pretty much everything himself, including the bread served with the meal or the olive oil he uses in the preparation. The food is original and extremely fine. Of course it's more expensive than your average restaurant, but the food is worth every penny and some. Highly recommended.

The bed and breakfast, on the same address, Relais del Lago, is a real treasure too.

Excellent location, i suggest to eat outside on the "terrazza"; the food is very very good. All the waiters are very polite and the japanese chef cooks a wonderful tempura and very interesting dishes. Good job. Bravi.

Il mio compagno mi ha portata in questo posto meraviglioso per farmi provare questa Fusion pazzesca tra Giappone e cucina Toscana. Non abbiamo semplicemente pranzato, è stato un percorso gastronomico con i fiocchi. Complimenti allo Chef e ovviamente a tutto lo Staff!! ✨
