Hotel Madonna di Luciago

Cozy place, a bit vintage but charmingly so. Family friendly, clean rooms and a nice pool. Good breakfast, great coffee, friendly staff. We had a really tasty porcini risotto for dinner. There is some motorcycle noise during the day as the Hotel sits on a scenic mountain road, but in the evening and especially after dark it's nice and quiet. The location means getting there involves driving up a rather steep road with some hairpin turns.

Lovely hotel, nice spacious and quiet rooms. Great dinner and breakfast with a very nice view. But what really makes the day are the hosts. Such warmth and genuine care for and interest in their guests. Recommend to stay if you’re in the Orta region.

We stayed here two nights and it's a beautiful hotel on a historic location. The hostess was very charming and helpfull all the time and made us feel at home right away.
The room with balcony is furnished with antiques and ever charming. There's a swimming pool and a very spacious terrace outside with a fantastic view. I'd say it's also very suitable for families with kids. Enough parking space too and a perfect base to explore the surroundings and all the attractions of Lago d'Orta and Lago Maggiore. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Ideal location, set between Stresa and Orta.
Basic accommodation but clean and has all we needed, staff can not do enough for you, they're great.
There are plenty augritourismo to find.
and if you love views take a short trip up to the Mottorone where you can eat or just for a coffee,great.just take it all in.

Genuinely one of the nicest places I have stayed. A very quirky hotel with lots of ornaments. Extremely friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you get lucky and mama is making lasagna make sure you buy two portions because it's is one of the best things you will ever taste.

Charming little hotel with very friendly staff and a lovely terrace. The surroundings are great too. Perfect spot for hiking, MTB or just chilling

Hotel Madonna DI Luciago is a very nice place. Big rooms, wonderfull view over the mountains, and a Nice pool with clean water from the mountains . The staff is very nice and the service is perfect. There is always a smile and a good comment. I Can fully recomment this hotel. We had 3 wonderfull days.

Very nice stay with excellent food. Hostess was such a darling and she did everything to make you feel welcome and loved. We are coming back for sure!

Very friendly and welcoming. Speak English well and were accommodating to our needs (our flight was late and Thomas stayed up for us)

Went there for improvised lunch and were oh si pleasantly surprised by the top noch service. I recommend the risotto (rather than the pizza) which is made with mushrooms from the region

Perfect place and service!

Condivido il fatto che è un posto con un paesaggio stupendo, sono stato accolto molto bene ,persone gentili,allegre e disponibili noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte, molto silenzioso immerso in natura,mi ha fatto recuperare energie. Consiglio a chi vuole pace e tranquillità. Cibo ottimo, ho soggiornato un anno fa ,convinto di avere già recensito ma no.

Buonasera, il giorno 30 luglio 2023 io e mia moglie ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questa struttura che ci ha accolti immediatamente con gentilezza proponendoci un tavolo esterno vista panoramica, dobbiamo dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti dai piatti che abbiamo scelto: gnocchetti di polenta con gorgonzola e noci erano deliziosi veramente da provare, di secondo polenta e spezzato ottimo, più polenta e coniglio molto buono, le carni erano tenerissime cotte a puntino con sughetto eccezzionale.
Vale la pena soggiornarvi almeno per un paio di giorni considerato che in albergo vi è una piscina esterna e la posizione è ottima.
Un po trafficata la strada, essendo l'unica via che dal lago d'orta porta al Mottarone e all'opposto scende a Stresa.
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti grazie.

Un posto magico che mi ha riportato al tempo in cui ci andavo da bimba.
Ho trovato persone gentili che ti mettono a tuo agio che ti offrono il relax della piscina il buon cibo di una volta e l' accoglienza che oggi giorno è diventata una perla rara!

Prachtig nostalgisch hotel op een stille locatie. Gastvrije fam. Heerlijk dineren en uitgebreid vers ontbijt. Super. Een bezoek zeker waard.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Pokoje czyste, obsługa pomocna, na śniadaniach mały wybór ale jedzenie bardzo dobre. Polecam również dania w restauracji. ;)

Total liebe Mitarbeiter, immer bemüht, tolles Frühstücksangebot, vom Preisleistungsverhältnis super, Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas älter(Barockstil), aber vollkommen funktionstüchtig, Mitarbeiterin bringt super Englisch- und auch ausreichend Deutschkenntnisse mit. Man fühlt sich direkt zuhause. Schöne Wanderwege und wenn man den Berg hochfährt ein super Panorama, es lohnt sich schon dafür. Zudem ist das Abendessen dort kostengünstig und außergewöhnlich lecker. Kann man nur loben, wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich und für Kinder gibt es einen Spieleraum mit einer Auswahl an deutschen Spielen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
