Hotel Ristorante L’Approdo

Fantastic. The breakfast is amazing, do many options. Everything fresh and clean. Outside area equally amazing. Service is fantastic, staff is well trained and lovely people. The food in the restaurant is amazing and the waitress Elaine is the best.

Really nice hotel. Bathroom was quiet large with everything you need. Bed was comfortable. Just next to lake. Place to park a car, great staff. Will come back for sure one day. Really nice and always will recommend.

Great place just need more alternatives for people with allergies or intolerances Also some staff are great and helpful. The evening waiters etc but the breakfast staff especially some at breakfast, they’re a bit rude to all, staff included. She seems to just be in a bad mood all the time.

By far and away our favourite restaurant on Lake Orta. As travelling vegans in Italy our expectations are never set high; a simple yet flavoursome tomato or vegetable pasta is often the best we can hope for.

L’Apprado raised the bar in a serendipitous way we could never have imagined. Despite already have a couple of vegan options on the menu, we were treated to a delicious 5 course vegan menu courtesy of the creative tendencies of the chef. Even if you are of a more carnivorous persuasion, the food was excellently curated and beautifully presented. We would be remiss to write this without mentioning the setting: a lovely lakeside view looking across to Pella.

I am sure we will return to Lake Orta before too long and, if we do, another visit to L’Apprado will be a certainty.

Excellent hotel, right on the water front of lake Orta, great rooms with wonderful view, 5 min. drive from Orta and 5 min. walk to the nearest supermarket. the breakfast was okay, not great, and they have this wierd rule of mandatory hair caps for everybody who wants to enter the pool...

Amazing place to enjoy the beautiful lago D'Orta. Swimming pool, direct access to the lake and amazing view.
