Great food and at fair prices. Would definitely recommend. Finding parking can be a struggle, however that is not the restaurants fault, just make sure to park at the first spot you see even if it’s a block away.

Exquisite local pasta and a wide wine selection. Should deffo pop in once in the area. Just lovely decor <3

The atmosphere outside and inside was perfect and the staff was very halpful and friendly.

On 10/7/2023 we had the best pizza here! We toured all through Italy and there were no better pizzas to be had! I highly recommend this place!

Popped into this pizza place based on other folks reviews and was not disappointed! Very much enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent and the service was attentive. Walked in and was able to be seated immediately. Right off of a tram stop, so easy access. Would make this a place to return if ever back in Messina.

I had the Meli pizza, without the meat and a ricottamisu.
Fair prices and high quality.
77 euros for 4 pizzas, 3 coffees, 1 glass of wine, 1 jagemester and 1 ricottamisu.
I will come back for sure....

Very friendly service, the food is fresh and therefore absolutely yummy. The restaurant is clean and funnily decorated. 100% recommend you to eat here when in Messina!

Il Siciliano is a fabulous pizza restaurant with excellent meat, fish and local products chosen from the zero km excellences. The menu satisfies the needs of the most demanding palates and is enriched every day with off-menu offers with practically live fish dishes, cooked with respect for the freshness of the raw materials. If you don't know what to choose, I recommend my favorite dish: MISTO SFIZI DI MARE 🌊

I don’t normally leave a comment, but these guys deserve it! You must get the Messina Bruschetta! Very generous portion sizes all around.

Really nice place and has a good vibe! We ordered the mortazza pizza which was exceptionally good and the octopus salad. The waitress that took our order was really nice and helpful. Her recommendations were very much appreciated. The staff in general were very nice and prices quite fair.

We came for pizza but tried the Taste of Sicily and a bottle of wine. It was a lot of food but it was delicious. We ordered a pizza to go and they were very accommodating. The wait staff were all very nice. Would dine again.

Staff were attentive and kind and the food was delicious and super generous portion sizes! Our table of 6 are leaving happy & full.

Today was a very busy day we all understand because there were a lot of customers and there were two ships we waited 15 to 20 minutes to order and then the staff came to take the order and after 10 minutes the food was on the table I would say the food was awesome never had anything like this before just perfect the service was very good to and everything was great thank you guys for the great service I strongly recommend this restaurant. 👍👍👍👍👍

Delicious dinner tonight with a group of 6, we sat outside and had lovely meal, great portion size and very friendly staff! Will definitely come back next time we are in Messina :)

Comfortable and casual restaurant with Sicilian pizzas, charcuterie plates, calamari and much more. We had the buffalo mozzarella and charcuterie plate which was excellent. My guess is that the mozzarella was even made in house it was so fresh. We also had a delicious glass of Cabernet which was surprisingly inexpensive especially given how good it was. And the bread they brought to the table was some of the freshest bread I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this place!

I and my friend love this restaurant for its great food and excellent customer service. We ordered a seafood platter, a mussel and clam spaghetti. We started with the seafood platter and we loved its great selection of variety. The spaghetti was flavorful but it turned cold because we focused too much on the seafood platter :) Fish (the staff working at the restaurant) was very nice to offer to reheat the spaghetti for us. I almost finished it all! Thanks Fish for the wonderful service and thanks II Siciliano for its flavorful food :) I definitely will go to this restaurant if I visit Messina again.
