Hotel Kohlerhof

Great hotel! Stayed here for 4 days skiing. Liked the previous positive reviews but can honestly say this hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were super friendly, very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Didn’t use the pool or spa but both looked nice. We were very impressed with the food - great variety, high quality and at a reasonable price. We were on a bed and breakfast tariff thinking we’d eat out a few times but ended up in the hotel bar area every night. Having the Spieljochbarn cable car right opposite the hotel made access to the slopes very easy. Stayed during 1/2 term but lift queues were minimal at all times. We’ll be back for sure!

Couldn't be better located for the ski lift- Wonderful for us with kids and all our gear! The owners and staff are wonderful, they went above and beyond for us as my mum became poorly during our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was wonderful and the food was absolutely perfect too 👌 Can't fault! We will be happily returning soon! Thank you for having us! Highly recommend staying here!

My time here was for an included lunch whilst on an excursion with Leger Holidays. It was a two course, a most delicious thick, creamy tomato soup with fresh bread,the main course was schnitzel with noodles & mushroom sauce.
I am vegetarian & our hostess was extremely concerned at what to give medespite my reassuring her that noodles would be fine.She checked the mushroom sauce ingredients & served me a large portion of noodles with the very tasty mushroom sauce.
The dining room was bright ,lovely atmosphere,very clean.All staff were very welcoming.Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the kohlerhof Hotel this past weekend. Sabine at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. I had a sore throat the day we got there and Sabine was so sweet to get me chamomile tea and honey as we checked in. Thank you Sabine for the warm hospitality, it made our stay all the more better! The staff also at the restaurant/eating hall were very friendly. Room was tastefully modern but cozy and the bed was comfortable. Lots of delicious choices for breakfast and dinner. We would visit again :-)

We were here for dinner, they have a large selection and the portions are huge - you can consider to share a dish, service is very quick, almost a bit rushed

I don't understand some of these negative comments people left at all. But ok. Here is our experience. We absolutely loved it. We were there for 4 days / 3 nights. Our booking deal incl. using the spa and pool, breakfast, afternoon snack and 4 course dinner. And we had a king and queen bath as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. Besides the lady that set up our king and queen bath. We had specifically told the staff that we wanted it downstairs and when we arrived the lady working there said they don't do baths there even though we had a tour the day before and seen the tub. After a lot of back and forth and another staff member helping us and telling her to set it up where we had booked it she did. With a attitude but ok. Other than this one lady everyone was super nice. I'm a foodie and a great cook who loves presentation. And the food and presentation was amazing. The kitchen always adjusted to my request of leaving off cream and cheese without any issue. We had the best most tender pork loin ever there when they served the gala dinner on Sunday. The appetizer buffet was great and the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic and so beautifully put together. We would recommend to go when they first opened to see how beautiful it looks. The omelet station cook made the best omelet ever. She is a master at it. I even told her how good they were. The pool and spa area were just beautiful. We loved all the saunas. It was never crowded and we were in them by ourselves. The sauna area and outdoor pool is a nude zone. One day we even had the indoor pool to ourselves for hrs. It was great. We will definitely be back again. Well worth it. Keep up the good work! 👍🏻

We have visited the hotel with a large group (240 people). The professionalism and hospitality was enormous. Quality of the food was fantastic (amazing that they can serve this quality to these amounts of people). Also the flexibility of dealing with customer requests was tremendous.
Next to that, its location is great with access to skiing just across the street.
Definitely recommendable!

Had an excellent stay here recently for my friends wedding. Staff were very attentive for the wedding, the rooms and the drinks service. Very accommodating with requests, lovely rooms and excellent views all around from the balcony. What a lovely place, we can't wait to come back!

I'm always happy in Kohlerhof hotel. Excellent rooms, wellness, staff, food . I can't wish more. I enjoy this hotel 10 years already and quality and servis is stable or improving always. Thank You for Your hospitality during my stay in Your hotel.

Another fantastic experience during our stay in Fugen. We have eaten here every night during our weeks ski holiday and have had excellent meals and service every night. Staff are friendly and helpful speaking excellent English to assist us with dining choices. Our only issue we had was that the pizza/lasagne meals come from a different kitchen area so meals came at different times if ordering pizza or lasagne.
Brilliant atmosphere every night. Would highly recommend a visit to Kohlerhof Fugen !!

Clean rooms with amazing views. Great food and close to ski facilities. Haven't tried the pool or spa area though.

We only went there for dinner and it was very short staffed, but what we could get to eat was very good! Very large portions as well!

Fantastic hotel! Right next to the lift, great saunas with an outdoor pool, delicious breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great hotel, good service and food. Only downside being the temperature of the dining/public halls is very high (feels like 25 degrees celsius)

Big hotel but very nice atmosphere. Big restaurant card in a'la carte. With something got everyone.
